I actually like the complaints, it’s good to hear so that people think about those things when they’re looking. I wouldn’t think about the usability of doors or checking all the wardrobe space.

Its a great apartment on paper but god damn all those issues you complained about would've driven me crazy also knowing this place probably costs an arm and a leg. Hope your new apartment with Simon is more practical lol. Great video XD

Don't feel bad about "complaining". Every apartment has its woes. Most of us can probably relate. Especially when you're no doubt paying a decent price, it's surprising to have such odd things.

Been living in alone just outside London for two and a half years and 100% agree you can view an apartment and think it’s great but 2 weeks after living there you’ll find so many things that make you realise why it’s on the market and affordable for a single occupant

If you’re renting, don’t be afraid to send complaints to your landlord/their delegate. Pester them with texts, emails etc until it gets sorted out - make an art form out of it if you must. It’s their job and they have plenty of money and spare time to get it done. The non-properly functioning doors is also an example of a safety issue

Maybe for the next tour you could record some footage or even some pictures of the place before you move out and then once you've moved out you can show the footage in the video. That way you can show the place as it was when it was in use, so the audience has an easier time imagining it. Idk if you'd want to tho

The small closet beside the 5 short hangers is actually a space for an ironing board or table so that's quite handy for someone who needs to put it back without interfering with your usual space

you can buy small containers that would fit in your tiny wardrobes and put like socks or small clothing in the container and stack them inside the tiny wardrobe (make sure you'll get the containers that would have like a small door so you would have access to each stacked containers)
