They are the kind of band that can disappear and return 10 years later with hit albums. Yes timeless elegant talent…..I hope they continue to give us the odd album here and there forever. A unique sound, brilliant song writing and brilliant musicians. 👏👏😍😍👍💯
Her voice is so freakin' good, she can literally spend the first 3 minutes of a song singing the word "hey" in different ways and it still makes for an amazing song.
London Grammar was a suggestion as a Bass reference for my selfmade speakers. It's crystal clear that not the Bass keeps me listening to the Band. This Intro touches the bottom of my soul and I never felt like this from music before. Stay health!
pretty sure she's just singing, the way her classical voice tutor told her to. With some echoey effects subtly mixed in by the sound engineer. Deeeeep, man...
I’ve been listening to London Grammar for a while, but seeing them live is astounding. Her voice is like an angels would be. I can bring myself to another place when listening to them. A place of total peace. In 2021 and living through a pandemic, London Grammar help to keep me free from anxiety. They are on another level.
@@mathushahs2724 well I don't know anyone with such a voice with that range but perhaps you might like Sigrid. For instance ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hKvbaZTAQN0.html or ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xzonQoON9eo.html If you like it, also check some live performances of her. Live she is equally good! And she stays natural and herself which I like.
@@mathushahs2724 Not London Grammar style but you may like the band 'All them witches' check out their epic 'Rats in Ruin' and stick through it all the way my fav. song of the last 2 years. Also again a slightly different style but check out 'Future Islands' some great songs 'For Sure' :) . Also the Greek band 'Tango with Lions' including their songs 'A long walk' 'Obituary' 'In a bar'. American band 'Manchester Orchestra' their songs 'The silence' and 'I know how to speak' amongst others. The band 'The war on drugs' songs ' Thinking of a place' and 'Under the pressure'. Now retired Canadian artist called 'Mark Lenover' songs may include 'The girl in the window' 'run the river blind' 'small white flag' amongst others. I believe he could be one of the most under rated artists of the millennium simply because of how few people have viewed his work. Hope you like some or all of these suggestions :)
Her Octave range allows her to totally transfix the room... she can change and range phenomenally, a modern day siren.. and she draws me to the rocks every time...
Agree with you there mate.Ive just found her on youtube recently and no matter what song, cover what ever she has been great.I could listen to her all day.Id start an argument with her just to hear her voice. So sexy to watch to wich is always a bonus and easy on the eye.
Im drawn back september 2020, and this has shone a little light during these dark times. Its amazing how much an angel voice lifts the spirit. Im sure you understand
ben1spain what do you mean? I don’t understand how the band name has anything to do with international appeal or how it defers anything from the music. Red hot chilli peppers? A food. Oasis, some guys from lower class Manchester UK, complete opposite of an Oasis. What do you mean? Baffled
Still listening to this extraordinary performance on Christmas day 2022. I cannot expres how many feelings this particular version brings me. Goosebumps every time she opens her mouth. She truly is out of this world. Perfectly complemented by the 2 musicians. in 1 word.. unbelievable!
I am always complaining about what music became these days, but when you fight through the commercial sludge, you suddenly find yourself in a beautiful glade of giftedness, true passion, harmonic brilliance and devotion in a way that has never been achieved before.
There is enough to listen out there! I'm pretty much addicted to collecting music on RU-vid... I listened to 300 music videos in 2 weeks: ru-vid.com/group/PLA9hNMUMyNCHv0R9Mnd6sN89z9cemiXbL
I’m in so much pain physically and when I listen to this over and over I am transported to a spiritual plane and forget the pain. Love to all who really understands the power of her voice.
This is like the mutant, who has the super beautiful voice power and just discovers her abilities. Two-three "heys" and I'm in love for the rest of my life..
Must have listened to the first 3mins intro a thousand time or more, pure brilliance. The whole set is wonderful, but i often have the intro on loop while I sit back, close my eyes and forget about lifes worries.
I'm sorry but there's only one way a person can sing like Hannah. God himself took some extra time with her voice. when he made her and I'm soooooo glad he did!!!
I discovered London Grammar in October of 2016. I listened to them on repeat constantly while I left my wife of 15 years. I put all my pain and confusion into their songs like a horcrux. Now it is hard to listen and relive that time.
There's something about Hannahs energy, so innocent seeming, timid and yet so commanding. And that voice and range, dayum! Amazing woman and backed by great musicians
Every once in a while, you hear or see something that will strike you so hard you can barely breathe, that will haunt your nights. Something that for whatever reason you keep coming back to... This performance is one them.
