I think the hair powder isn't for making your hair look darker per se, I think you use it to darken your roots if you have bold spots or baby hairs...I don't know if i'm wrong, if someone lese knows for sure please correct me!
This makes more sense, also if you have grey hair which you colour to a darker colour ( my mum does) this can help hide the white roots that come after a couple weeks

I just ordered mine online but ended up getting 3.0y and 3.1y not being sure which one would match my nc 45 skin tone( seems now that 3.1y will be better than 3.0 but hope i ll be able to mix and ise them both when they finally do arrive
