Too be fair Arsenal need to just say to Chelsea, props for the CLs. But we have double the Leagues as You, job done. Forest have 2 CLs and Villa, Celtic 1 CL but noone considers them bigger than Chelsea. I'd even say Everton are a bigger club than Chelsea for having more Premier Leagues than them too. Football wasn't invented in 1992.

To correct Bhavs and some other Arsenal fans... yes, you were actually 12th back in 1994/95 season. Also, the statement that 'Chelsea went back to mid table where they were before Roman' is also wrong. In the last 30 years Chelsea failed to finish in the top 6 only 5 times whilst Arsenal did fail to do the same in 4. In the same time span, Chelsea has won 5 league titles, 7 FA Cups, 4 League Cups whilst Arsenal has won 3 league titles, 8 FA Cups and 0 League Cups. I won't even mention the European trophies but wanted to only mention the domestic ones just to prove Chelsea have been better even domestically in the last 30 years, thus London is Blue right now! Arsenal used to be bigger before (especially 70, 80 years ago when majority of their league titles were won), but since the mid to late 90's Chelsea started slowly to take over London and then we just threw you in the back seat since Roman took over. We're in a mess right now, but I'm rather confident that Chelsea will still win a PL or UCL title before Arsenal. Considering also how we've been carrying London for over two decades I think we deserve a year or two off to rest and gather our energy. Big up to Matisse, great Chelsea representative! 💙

In my opinion from a neutral Man Utd fan, London is Red. Until another club in the city overtakes on Major Trophies (FA Cup, League Title, UCL), you can’t claim the city. Arsenal still have more major trophies. Same applies in Manchester between the two Manchester clubs. You don’t win all those major trophies just for the UCL to be the only metric?

It’s only took Chelsea to be in turmoil via the government (kicking our owner out and forcing a sale of the club) for arsenal to speak up. Can’t wait for these conversations in 2/3 years because our bounce back has took half the time it took arsenal to become relevant again (since wenger left) Anyone arsenal fan going on about their best trophy (golden premier league) I’d advise you to sit down and watch that year and see how a lot of games fell upon the shoulders of referees. London in general; Arsenal still have the most fans compared to the other London based clubs. 1980’s to 2005 the only fans you would see in London were Arsenal fans. After that Man utd and a few Liverpool glory hunters. Chelsea glory supporters in London propped up sometime after 2006. Many Fulham and Charlton supporters jumped loyalty to Chelsea. The idea that London is blue is false because London Chelsea supporters were and still are outnumbered by Arsenal supporters based in London.
