It rely scares me the way saffron is cutting out carbs, it went on a carb ban and ended up anorexic for over 2years, I was in and out of hospital and I also became anemic, so many people look up to saffron and cutting out carbs makes fans follow her foot steps and carbs are one of the most important food groups! Things like pizza are un healthy but pasta is a carb yet it's not bad for you!

saffron you need to eat carbs! Carbohydrates is where you get your energy from, if your body cant get carbs it turns to the second energy source which is fat.

Nyla Pirani I'm not a doctor but this is something everyone learns about in 5th or 6th grade. We all like Saffron too, we're just telling her something in a polite manner ☺️ sugarcoating all our comments won't help her. Be open to constructive criticism, not such a big deal. You don't need to blindly defend anything and everything saffron does.

saffron you can eat anything once you eat it in moderation! no point avoiding carbs if you want them, your body will just crave,crave,crave and eventually you will binge x
