The rooms actually looked A LOT like what I expect sensory deprivation rooms/white torture to look like (minus the TV in Kagami's room and the game in Adrien's): smooth surfaces, completely sound proof, no interaction with the outside world. What if it had taken weeks to get the nightmare virus under control, or months? People who have been subjected to white torture don't leave the same, did Gabriel and Tomoe WANT to break their kids?
i laughed so hard when marinnete was watching the origins flashback and said that she felt like that was 10 years agoand then i started having a breakdown after, i feel so old... 🥲🥲🥲
or in show it took him over 6 months and it took her a day to make a wish BUT was she planning for it before she got her hands on the computer that belongs to gabriel
FRR. i honestly think this is the FIRST time in miraculous they have used the word dead. with emilie is was always "when she dissapeared", and with gabriel it was "he sacrificed himself".. like why are they just now using the word dead. maybe to show how much more evil lila is??
the expressions in this special are so good. on that closeup when marinette enters kagami's room, you can see so many little microexpressions as she reacts to the news. they brought their A game for this special.
Spectral Looter and Timestalker were the creepiest akumatized villains in the whole series imho! I loved them as well as the fight scenes against them.
the end thoo, with the new animation tease. my expectations for season 6 have risen!! i also agree that this shouldn't have been called the london special. they could've named it something different, then we might have gotten an actual london special in the future with miss rose.
Ok this special was so good! And tbh ladybug and Lila ATE that episode up! Like I can’t wait for season 6.and the part with Plagg was my favorite he was so cute 💕🥰
Lila ate this episode up😂 the little wave to ladybug when she was spectral looter was priceless Usually idgaf about the kwamis but the way Lila was treating nooroo?! Jesus, Gabriel mentally abused him, but this girl is over here kicking him over and enclosing him in an even smaller forcefield then gabriels Aside from the unnecessary recapping and the LACK of London, I’d say this special is top 3, it’s a must watch for sure and gives us a taste of how much of a threat Lila will be
Oddly I admire that she was "silent" and just got on with it. Odd that they gave them a gender indeterminate body though - so much so that Ladybug and Bunnyx argued over it was a he or a she. If Lila is that efficient in the show in Season 6 Spotty Girl and Cat Boy should be worried. I'm somewhat reminded of Penalty where they had to bore her into quitting herself as even the entire team couldn't beat her. Lila/Cerise/Iris had to give up too out of frustration. I note they couldn't follow them back to their lair - suggesting that Ladybug isn't allowed to "cheat" (for some reason). They heavily hinted that she has to be allowed to have her villain arc though or it would screw something else up. Like what is she decided to mug The American Box for example.
@@90lancaster ig its reflecting the impacts of what messing w time could do, what does intrigue me is how the older Bunnyxes and Tikki (to an extent) imply they knew this was gonna happen
I do love the fact they showed the new season 6 version of ladybug sleeping and they played me with Lila when the butterfly transformation was said I really thought we would see what she looked like overall I loved it 😭😁
I really, really liked that Marinette never actually got a concrete “yes or no” whenever she asked if she was doing the right thing by lying to the world. This really is one of those things that you just have to sit with and think of an answer to yourself. Other thoughts include: - London WHO?? - The scene where Adrien found out was just as depressing as I was both hoping and fearing for - Alix and Marinette’s dynamic was such a treat; that one scene where they’re just sitting in the empty burrow and staring into space like “well damn guess we just lost”… mood. All in all… PEEAAAKKK
Totally. I knew it couldn’t have been easy for Marinette to lie and she did feel bad about it a little and even questioned. But like 70 year old Alix said “Truth and Lies have consequences” so either way there would have been good and bad things no matter what Marinette did in that situation.
The one thing that I'm feared of is that writers will try to make Adrien an asshole for finding the truth later (and I hope he'll find out), that he will be mad at Ladybug and therefore they'll make fans hate Adrien and justify Marinette I just, so afraid that Adrien will lose his status of a sunshine boy, I just know that writers neglect his character...
@@anonymousfan1008 But the truth always has a way of coming out and often not the way people want. Sure, would be it difficult for Adrien to handle, of course but he’d at least know the truth of who his father really was instead of a false perception and he’d know he can trust Ladybug to tell the truth. However, if Adrien learns that he’d been lied to by everyone he cared about, do you think he’ll be in a better state than learning the truth from the beginning?
Wasn’t that in season 5 because Marinette said there was no trace of it in the water. I had a theory last year that Lila just went ahead and got it and returned to her lair. She was waiting for the battle to be over as we saw
ALRIGHT THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE SPECIAL, AND IM TIRED OF PRETENDING ITS NOT heres my thoughts: -why does lila look older? and why is she blonde??? is it a wig or is it natural?? -everything involving adrien had me CRYING, its just SO sad😢 -the whole tone of the special was so sad, but serious.. idk this special is just so different from the others and i really like that -the fighting sequences were so GOOD!!! the animators and marinette really stepped up their game!! -if there is a 70 yr old bunnyx, then there is also a 70 yr old labybug and cat noir!! -theres so many important people in marinettes life now that know shes ladybug and i cant wait to see how they support her in s6 -THEY SHOWED THE FREAKING SEASON 6 ANIMATION WHATTTT!!!!!!! - idk why but this special RAISED my expectations for season 6, and i was interested before, but now im REALLY interested for this new plot - the deadpan face of bugnoir is crazy crazy.. it made me feel sad, and it really helped set the tone for this special -the ladybug=gabriel agreste was so funny to me -i feel even worse for nooroo now - tbh i was kinda SHOCKED she didnt tell alya the truth, but i understand why i guess (not really) - I love nathalie more now, and im so happy shes going to be adriens new mother figure - i used to not like marinette because of the way astruc would force her as the main character while HARD sidelinening everyone else to get us to like her. but this special made me have more respect for her and ACTUALLY care about her. - i worry for marinette and adriens mental health - we STILL havnt gotten an explaination for what that blue light was that lila saw at the end of season 5 -kagami became my new favorite character bc she actually has common sense to TELL THE TRUTH.... but i dont like how she respected marinettes wishes to lie overall, peak special, im surpirsingly happy with the ending.
i think Kagami realises to tell the truth would also need an explanation of how she knows and perhaps she realises that it is Ladybugs decision at the end (as that doesnt need to be explained) and i think Kagami might realise Marinnette is trying to protect Adrien
@@paintingdreams290 she already knows what marinette is trying to do, but SOMEONE has to tell adrien the truth.. i get that kagami is respectful of other peoples wishes, but like.. respecting marinettes decision on this is just a no
she looks older because of how much that hair colour doesn’t suit her XD lol it was super different! omggg yes loved how all the fights were choreographed! i’m looking forward to seeing what lila has in store next season since she was super clever here!
this episode gave me so much nostalgia. i CRIED. a lot. not just for Adrien, but for shadow daddy too. Marinette’s depressed state broke me. the moment when she said she wouldve sacrificed herself, i started balling. and then the sad scenes with Natalie. i’m glad they brought my homegirl back from the dead. i loved how marinette said that she feels that the moment was 10 years ago, hinting at mlb’s 10 year anniversary
“Miraculous” “Simply” so STRESSED Not at my best when things go wrong, Miraculous a chaotic mess The power of lying always so “calm” Ok ima shut up now I made this up just now 😭
Tbh the reverse special was called the paris special , atleast they showed like a decent amount of time around the paris monuments and especially the famous sewers.😂
When did marinette become my favorite character? Weighing the pros and cons of revealing gabe was Hawkmoth. Depressed bugnoir at the beginning was peak. Lila first ever akumatisation was almost a game over.
yea i used to kinda dislike mari, but this special really went deeper into her character and i LOVE her now.. and i ACTUALLY CARE about her, i didnt care about her when astruc was tryna force her to be the main character while making everyone else side characters
@@ItsJae_37 if anything, this special proved that Marinette is more complex and misunderstood than we thought (even though I knew because I have been analyzing her character for a while now)
Omg its confirmed gabriel agreste is ladybug But stacey seriously just said how can he be ladybug ,hes dead , i thought she was going to say that he's hawkmoth .
@@ethancox9737 I’m not saying we need to make him miserable I hate when he’s upset. My comment that u replied to I literally said “omg my poor Adrien 😭😭😭 I watched it and his sobbing just got me” and I mentioned chat blanc at the end of it bc while I was watching the video that’s when Haze mentioned chat blanc. I don’t want to see Adrien sad the entire show and from what I saw he doesn’t look sad in season 6 im sorry that sometimes a character’s emotions can okay a big role in a plot point
I enjoyed this special a lot because how Marinette is continuously asking herself and others if she did the right thing lying. I feel really sad for her. She is just a teenager. She should have told the truth but now that we know the aftermath of the wish and how they were talking, to an extent it is ok I guess. But she should tell sooner than later. I also recognised the Dover Cliffs and the beach which is not even part of London but is in England. The parts I enjoyed: -The scene with the three Bunnix -The entire Spectral Looter scene, especially how she says bye to Chronobug -The fight scenes between Chronobug and Timestalker -The mystery of finding out how the identity was revealed and why two different akumatised villains were seen. -The shift to a bit of horror and suspense when Chronobug realises Timestalker was already in the prison. -The flow of the episode. Like how we see the interactions with Nathalie and all of that. We see the perspective of Bug Noire first (I like how it was just her first scene with Adrien and then we see Bug noire through Chronobug) and then through Chronobug. -The scene with Adrien, though I wanted to see his reunion with Plagg too -I actually liked the yellow colour, especially when it was in the dark. It was not the best but still not the worst outfit. -I like how it took almost instantly for Lila to win but well she failed thanks to Bunnix pulling Marinette in. -I laughed hard at the part that she changed her name to Gabe's in the book. Did not expect that and it was oh so funny. -Also the transition to the new animation style in the end. It truly is the end of an era. Also when Tikki tells Marinette to sleep as she needs it and then she tells she really needs it, it insinuated that the Chronobug transformation would have happened. Since Tikki was from the past, she knew that chronobug thing would happen? I noticed it when I rewatched it immediately. Also one thing I liked on the first watch was that the transformation sequence used seasons 1-3 soundtrack. I love both 1-3 and 4-5 but yeah the original one hit different. I do wish we saw London more. If the special was set in London but did not focus on London it should have been called the White Prison Special or just the Edge of Time. Like at least make the names of the Special different, New York could have been called something- Just calling it 'United Heroez', Shanghai too with 'The Lady Dragon'. Paris is also called Reverse so it works. Like at least there should have been 10-15 minutes more in which we saw London too for sometime. If they said that the specials are an extension of the seasons and that while they may occur in other places, it is for a reason. I actually enjoyed this equally or maybe more than Paris/Reverse. P.S. Can you please make a video on the timeline again with the London Special and the errors you noticed and typed as the comment as an updated one? Also one question. She says Bunnix has to stay back but we see her post wish in Re-creation. Why?
I feel like they should rebrand the specials if they're gonna do this more. Cause "Miraculous World: [insert city name]" was fitting for New York and Shanghai (because world travel) but not so much for Paris and definitely not for London.
i mean it's possible she stays in and out? and visits, what does interest me is Tikki does know and she did imply it at the end when Plagg was confused and the older Bunnyxes also were aware
i feel super bad for her, but i also don’t agree with her XD the fight scenes were amazing! i liked the horror tone, but i thought it was so odd sadly i’d probably add any amendments in the slides to the timeline! i would assume alix does come out of the burrow to see people from time to time, like for the pool party
Why do i feel like that small scene where adrien get angry at ladybug was a foreshadowing of what's to come when he'll find out the truth, that ladybug lied to him....😐
Lila really is a more threatening and smarter villain than Gabriel. Having the akumatized object in another place, having an item that allows her to teleport, akumatize herself to someone who can't be touched, being able to actually defeat Marinette. Like damn. She's gonna be interesting. Also her new outfit. I'm not mad. She looks good. And poor Nooroo.
I gotta say that watching bits of it I'm surprised we did not get to see Felix or anything more in relevance to London, They could have included and tied Lila's Origin to London even but it definitely wasn't what the Title was cracked to be. I think "Miraculous, At the Edge of Time" should just be the title since that was the main focus, we were in the burrow for the most part with one of the villains having a time theme to their design. It just makes more sense and rather false advertising when they plop London into it 😅 I'm from New York so when they did the New York special I thought they got most accuracies right and culture. I would say the Reverse is my personal favorite, but this one wasn't too-too bad. The soundtracks playing for it however, were outstanding. I loved the ost tracks playing during fight scenes for the London special.
I LOVED THIS, IT WAS SO GOOD AND EMOTIONAL AND THE SCENE OF BUGNOIRE TELLING ADRIEN ABT GABRIEL MADE ME SHED A COUPLE OF TEARS. I'M SLIGHTLY ANNOYED THO CUS I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO WATCH THIS EP ON AN ILLEGAL WEBSITE SO AT 21 MINUTES, IT CUT TO WHERE CHRONOBUG LOSES AND LILA FINDS OUT WHO LADYBUG IS SO I LITERALLY MISSED ALL OF THE BIT INBETWEEN THAT AND AM SLIGHTLY CONFUSED 😭 🙏
In the recap alix said that ladybug got proof the gabriel is monarch not that she discovered him Which is why the episode is called confirmation, to confirm what she found out in representation
I cried with the ladynoir scene on the roof by the Eiffel Tower at the end… I want moreeee. Also, time travel? Before Gabriel couldn’t akumatize himself to travel back in time. So why Lila can….
I felt really intimidated by Lila in this special, I think the reason why is everything happened so fast, we start off by her de akumatising and reakumatising herself and get the miraculouses to then make the wish, I was used to good ol gaby daddy. Bug noire was so badass (excuse my language) and do I really need to talk about bug noire and Nathalie scenes? Those were top tier. Although at the beginning I was disappointed Adrien wasn’t timestalker but overall I LOVED this special! Thank you haze for keeping us updated with all the trailers and stuff ❤️
36:27 when said upgrade one thing that popped into my mind is, what if she creates some sort of device( or alters the miraculous)that helps her to call the the other heros when she need them without actually going to them.Obviously during an akumatization not all heros will be needed.
Haze I was dying to see this video!!! My opinions: First of all im so happy that the acumatized person was not Adrien so they don't give a reason of why Adrien couldn't be told about his father. SECOND I see the vision of chat noir being like I dont wanna know I trust you but I wish she atleast told chat noir. I was in shock when Mari did not tell Alya!! The Bugnoir dead face was CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY!!! Adrien's angst and pushing BUGNOIR WAS CRAZY YES ADRIEN SHOW ANGST Lila's craziness was amazinggg!! I feel extremely bad for norroo!!! I cried when norro was frozen! Atleast Gabriel allowed norroo to travel a little, Lila did not even allow poor kwami to move a little!! I hope they did not forget about the blue lightning bcz we dont know about it lol!!! Also I think ladybug's lies will catch up to her (I HOPE IT DOES) I think the special was to repetitive and Alix saying it was funny lol!!! I hope they do not leave any loopholes! lol also I saw Ladyblog saying First arc started with raining and ended with rain (kind of) I LOVE YOU HAZE THANKS FOR THE VIDEO!!! I missed the commentaries!
I saw the London special earlier today for the first time it made me cry and I loved it. I loved the conobug transformation and I loved the older Bunnix and I like Lila's transformations and the new animation at the end.
So basically, Tikki knew all along that the wish would happen and that they wouldn't be able to defeat Hawkmoth because of the fact that Marinette took the miraculous during Origins. This was even confirmed when Tikki says that Marinette will definitely need her sleep... that's just so crazy to think about 🤯 but overall this was an amazing special ❤ like the emotion, the suspense, and Marinette's character were soooo good 💕
Like i said it should've been called 'Miraculous World: At The Edge of Time' because it barely took place in London which is disappointing considering it seemed the Zag ot Astruc whoever originally had a big plan for London.
I think they will do a 2nd London special after some years. They can bc every special has the city + the title. so maybe we will have more specials in same city
This is probably the most emotional special yet. Although there are still a few things left to be desired it did answer some things. 1. It finally officially confirmed that Gabriel used the wish to sacrifice himself to save Nathalie. The lady we saw next to Nathalie was Adrien’s aunt Amelie. 2. Gabriel got the statue because thanks to ladybug’s story people view him as a hero for saving Nathalie and Ladybug. 3. Ladybug did find out that Ms Tsguri was his accomplice as well. Though I still want to know how Lila/Cerise got the Miraculous season 6 technically isn’t done yet maybe with a little encouragement they might be persuaded to add a mention in season 6 about how she did it.
Bestie you can criticize it all you want but this is hands down the saddest special ever 💔 my heart broke for Mari,Adrien,Natalie and kagami...💔💔😭😭😭 i hade a good cry bcs this is the last special in the old animation 😢 [and it was sad]
Maybe the upgrades are a precautionary measure to prevent them from being stolen again, like for example some kind of teleportation spell that would transport the Miraculous back to Ladybug if it becomes separated from its holder or something like that.
Why can I imagine Lila stealing one of the miraculous (whichever one it is isn't important) only for it to magically teleport back to Ladybug, only for Cerise to lose it again
@@jules6735 There are a few exceptions to that theory of mine, the Peacock and the Butterfly are the only ones that wouldn't be able to teleport back to her, not unless Ladybug asks Felix for it so she can make the modifications to it, because she can't take the risk of losing the miraculous again like the first time so she has to do something in order to protect Miraculous from being stolen again or maybe the upgrades that she made to them is so that only the user of the miraculous say for example the Fox Miraculous, if someone tries to take it, it wouldn't come off unless their owner ACTUALLY renounces it VERBABLLY, you know kind of like in the 1st Thor movie, Only 1 who can be WORTHY of the Power of Mjolnir or in other words the Miraculous.
@@Nolaanimals2well I found it on RU-vid but it premiered on Disney channel France at 9:00 so unfortunately you missed it. But you can find it on RU-vid!
I just finished watching the London special. And honestly it’s amazing. I’m not gonna spoil it, but now I understand what they meant by the ending is the perfect PERFECT 🤩 SETUP FOR SEASON SIX. GO WATCH IT
marinette using words like jail?? I never thought they would ever use words like that And I thought they hv always hesitated on using words like dead Like bugnoire saying "your father became a hero" and emelie having "disappeared" So it was strange when Lila said the word dead I think it was meant to show how insane of a villain she is.. This might be the first step in showing that miraculous could be evolving into smth much deeper
Tbh at this point I think Natalie should be the adult and be honest about everything to Adrien. Narratively that makes more sense than putting it all in Marinette’s hands to tell the truth because in reality it’s not Marinette’s full responsibility.
I thought the special was really good. It was strong in the beginning, a little slow in the middle and the ending was strong: here are the rest of my thoughts: • Good conclusion to the Agreste arc • Marinette's lie (to me) makes much more sense now as she feels that Adrien will lose everyone and be hurt • The fact that Marinette's plan for Gabe was to sacrifice herself for Adrien so he would have a father got me • The fact that Marinette is still not confident with her lie will definitely catch up with her in season 6 • Nathalie needed to take more accountability • We now have confirmation that Cat Noir does know Ladybug lied but just doesn't know the specifics • I think Ladynoir will be really strong in season 6 like it was in season 5 • I think it makes sense that Adrien wasn't in the special as much because he would have to know Marinette's identity which can't happen yet
i did think it was a good end to the arc! my thing is i get where she’s coming from, and i feel so bad for her, but i can’t get behind it at all but yes, i definitely think even though Adrien doesn’t know will affect their relationship!
All in all the special was pretty good a few questions tho 1. Does Nathalie know Marinette’s identity? 2. Do Marinette or Kagami know about Tomoe being evil? 3. How many wigs does Lila have?
32:18 This kind of confirms/heavily implies when she said "I can't tell Adrien that until getting the butterfly miraculous back" that Adrien is going to defeat Lila on his own with the Ladybug and Cat miraculous and maybe she'll reveal it to him in that vulnerable moment and maybe I don't know Ladybug will be exiled out of Paris as this was her villain to defeat she needed to be there but Gabriel was Adrien's villain to defeat and he needed to be there sort of thin but the other way around!!!
I finished watching the special for myself and I'm SO hyped for season 6 rn. Really hope we get an air date for the 1st (or maybe like 9th seeing as these never air in order) episode soon now that we have that little sneak peek from the final scene of the special.
I wonder if the modification Marinette made to the miraculous is like, a tracking chip. I feel like it makes the most sense given that the Miraculous all got stolen, so she installed some sort of location feature on it.
This special was amazing though there's still two unanswered questions I hope get answered in season 6: How did Cerise get the butterfly miraculous? What was the electric thing behind her at the end or Re-creation?
I'll be honest...I didn't like this special I LOVED IT! WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?! 1) The awesome animation 2) The fact that marinette felt bad about keeping a secret from Adrien 3) The mocking hand wave from the ghost villain was funny 4) Chronobug's design and both the villain's design was cool. Fun fact: The god of time is named Kronos and he ruled during the mythological golden age, other than wanting to distinguish Mari from Past Marinette's that could be what it symbolizes. 5) The fact that Bugnoir was thinking about putting Ms.Tsrugi in jail. and Nathalie wanted to go to jail 6) Adrien snapping at Bugnoir scared the shit out of me 7) Awesome violin music, soundtracks, and an enticing opening 8) Lila is a bad ass villain, but poor nooroo. I really want to know why she's doing all this too 9) Why is no one talking about the fact that Nathalie was willing to KILL Gabriel?
17:22 the glow in the dark term I thing you were looking for was "luminescent". I've been occupied with other shows for a while, I was in shock on Saturday that we got this special and watched it that same night.
Honestly I enjoyed the special for what it was; however, It didn't feel like a special.. it felt more like another two part episodes smushed together. I also really wanted to see the " London" part of it and let's be honest there really was none. What I think this special did the best is hyping me up for season 6 .. which I think that was its overall objective so yeah good job on that front. I also really appreciated the shift in animation during the last scene I think it was a very nice touch like handing the torch to this new story arc. Anyways I hope that we will be able to explore London or great Britain in the future as I feel this didn't do it justice for all that it has to offer.
Yay everyone waited this commentary of your opinion. Movie good ...but really doesn't show London much since each is burrow, Gabriel lair , white room .....welp Lila got troll and Ladynoir moment the redeem quality they spared meaningful
Y'know I've been thinking and idk whether anyone else has already come up with this conclusion... is it possible that Representation was never meant to air? Or at least expected to air? I have a theory: maybe the writers of the show wanted to do an episode explaining the sentimonster lore and the Agreste history ever since they started working on Season 5. But they were skeptical that their higher ups would allow such a dark concept like the sentimonster theory to be directly confirmed in a kid's show. So they must've written the entire season without Representation, finalized it and somewhere in between then and the airing of Season 5, they finally managed to convince their higher ups to allow them to an episode on the Sentimonster theory. Maybe by saying it'll be in that weird drama format so that only the adult fans would piece it together without alienating (and traumatizing lol) the kids. That would explain why Representation barely affects the plot progression & why Marinette weirdly rediscovers who Monarch Daddy is in the next episode. They must've copy pasted Nightormentor from the already finished finale and slapped together an episode around the drama segment. That would also explain why there are 27 eps this season. Because Action is NOT the extra ep this season. It's REPRESENTATION. We've already had seasons with special episodes (i.e. Christmas Specials) but they never added them on top of the main 26 episodes. Mmm who knows for sure? I'm writing all this after having an epiphany listening to you rant about Representation for the millionth time lol.
apparently they redid the reveal in conformation in case people missed representation which is so silly to me. they didn't redo wishmaker or gang of secrets
Technically they did introduce a tease of a new miraculous. if you go back to the beginning when Marinette was in bed plaque and Tikki do bring up the kwami of Truth? so maybe at some point season 6 we will get a new kwami? Wonderful special after all. Closes the door on s1-5 and opens new adventures for s6.
While watching it, I wondered what it was called again? It's questionable why they called London when the whole special is about Time Travel. Yes, I understand they need to fit the World Series but at the same time... it shouldn't be called London if it's not the major focus. Anyway, I almost forgot that Lila is the main villain because I think it's been over a year since I last watched Miraculous. I honestly think that she will be a smart villain in upcoming Season 6 because based on what she did, she keeps finding ways to find out Mari's real identity and breaks their relationship up (Adrienette). Overall, I think I enjoyed it but at the same time I really wish that Adrien could come along with her instead of side characters.
I love the special but it wasn't exactly a london special and slightly repetitive till the end but overall fun and slightly disappointed at cronobug just being because that wanted a new look
I've always wanted to punch Lila through the screen, especially in season 5, but this special made me actually terrified of her for once, how she's being smart and actually a threat to Ladybug, but yea I would give this a 6/10, not my fav but it was still really good and a good way to go into season 6 too :D
Lila/Cerise is definitely going to be a bigger villain than Gabriel was. While Gabriel had a conscious she clearly does not. As the akumatized villain she could have listened to what Ladybug was telling Gabriel about the wish but she chose not to. As for the wish itself when Gabriel did it his intentions were good so Lila/Cerise must have malicious intentions for the wish that’s why her wish was more catastrophic. Hope in season 6 we will find out what made her who she is now. And when Ladybug eventually finds out her identity she definitely won’t be able to talk her down like she did with Gabriel.
This special literally just reminded me of a quote that goes like this: "IT'S BETTER TO HURT SOMEBODY WITH THE TRUTH THAN TO COMFORT THEM WITH A LIE" Ever heard of this quote???
the fact that they hyped up a season 6 clip, just for it to be unnecessarily added right at the end, AND just for it to be the same clip we saw months ago but with a voice over is CRAZY. 😭 we were so robbed
15:31 Girl, they were just trolling you. They knew about your track record of correctly guessing things related to Miraculous and decided to troll you.
That final chat between LB and CN is so forced! If this were realistic, CN would have SO MANY questions for her. Then she would probably slip up at some point, because that's the thing about lying, most people are BAD at it. Only a true psychopath can lie perfectly. Also this special could've not existed. We didn't need a special for Marinette to conclude that the Kwamis are safer dispersed. Wasn't that how she lost all the other Miraculous the first time? Because they were all in one place? Knowing the villains were both Lila from the beginning made it so dull for me. Of course she doesn't succeed in finding out LB's identity; the show would end. So I know who the villain is and I know how it ends in the first minute, so why bother watching the rest? 🤷♀
I think the only way you could justify him being okay with it is that his dad is dead and he doesn’t care rn. HOWEVER I would hope once he moves on from the grief he’d want to know
Idk maybe that's just me but if something happened to my father, I'd want to hear about what happened in more detail, while the memory of it is still fresh in Ladybug's mind, you know? I get that Adrien was overwhelmed with the news, but as Cat Noir, he could've been more discreet and to go over what happened in general? Because it's still a big deal, her defeating HM, and it wouldn't be risking his secret identity wanting to know more details about how she single-handedly defeated the villain.
I just wish cat noir wast so easily forgiving at the end. It felt like it was a bit unnatural to be that open minded in his situation. I guess i would love some drama between them that would make a good plot. But still loved the special
