They all wear gloves, but touch money, food, food containers, flip hair, and I even watched one lady wipe her nose before she served food with that same glove on...so I'm not sure even why they even wear gloves in the first place. Love seeing all the food, but at the same time, this is why I dont eat from any small food estabishment...they will do anything to avoid losing a dollar; thus they dont consider even changing out their gloves. I've never so many different ethnic foods in one place. 1/2 -1/3 I couldn't even tell what or where they're from. I did notice consistently, chicken, pork & beef varieties though. I love how so many vendors offered samples too. It looks like you could have lunch there for years and never eat the same dish twice.

If you put a Englishman in there serving authentic London grub you would make a fortune. Tourists would seek you out as the rare commodity. Pie, mash and liquor, oysters and cockles, fish and chips, pie floaters, pork pies and cornish pasty's, fry up, roast beef and yorkies, proper London chop house cuts, mixed grill, lovely Dover sole. Don't get me wrong, Brick Lane has always been a diverse corner of town but it would be nice to see the old soul represented, on the cobbles, Jewish bagel traders, Irish stew and dumplings so on and so forth. People will either eat street food or they won’t. There is no such thing as “hygienic” street food anywhere in the world. It’s impossible to achieve by its very nature; cooking in the open, people leaning/standing over cooked food, dogs strolling by, money changing hands, etc. If you enjoy it, eat it.
Touching food and money with same glove,not wearing apron but instead street clothes, ( worst is wearing leather or vinyl jacket that is probably never been washed and end of sleeves touches the food) left hand no glove and scratching his head, no hairnet and mouth cover to protect the food when they sneeze or cough?! There is just nothing like GREAT street food or a gas station deli food!!! I'm a truck driver & I eat out of a gas station deli more than a truck stop restaurant...ESPECIALLY IF I WALK IN A GAS STATION DELI AND SEE CHICKEN GIZZARDS, JALAPENO POPPERS, CORN NUGGETS, & POTATO WEDGES!!! For the most part the food looks tasty. Except There needs to be a government run Health Dept., to set & regulate sanitation codes. I recognized so many sanitary violations🤢.
It would be nice if there was some sort of commentary explaining what all these dishes are. We have to rely on quick glimpses of signs to try and guess what is being served. OTHERWISE, I LOVE the video.

I find Middle Eastern food to be the best in the world, Europeans don't even know what real food looks like, Europeans have the best dairy products, like Cheese, Hams and sausages, but that's it. I couldn't believe it when I was in Europe, when they brought us raw meat, we thought they didn't like us in their country and tried to insult us but later we learned that's was their best food, ha ha ha, unbelievable, that's what cave men eat, the stone age people, the best foods are from Iran, According to my experience. Indian food is so good too, the breads are the best too, I like Arabic breads, very good. The European food looks like cake not food, ha ha ha.

I hate the way theses vendors cook steak, they sear it and chop it up so it’s even more dry. You wouldn’t eat McDonald’s cooked in a back ally, so why bother with this rubbish
