London sword attack - Attacker 'rammed pedestrian before killing boy & severing cop’s hand'

THIS is the moment a sword-wielding maniac ploughed a van into a pedestrian before allegedly going on a rampage killing a 14-year-old.
Five people including two police officers were knifed in the terrifying frenzy, with a female cop almost losing her hand while battling to stop the attacker.
The schoolboy victim has been named locally as Daniel Anjorin.
Police chased the attacker through gardens before he was floored by three 50,000-volt Taser bolts.
A 36-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of murder. The suspect was last night under guard in hospital.
Video shows the moment he was injured when he crashed his Ford van into a house before the carnage in Hainault, North East London.

Terrorism is a stratergy to achieve the objective of political, sociological and ideological change and control over a society. What was his objective? Does he have a manifesto? If you look up the definition of the word terrorism, it has to have some sort of political aim or affiliation with a wider cause. A crazy person attacking people at random does not fall under such definition. Honestly watching the footage after they finally managed to bring him down made me laugh a bit with disgust...like they just standing above him shouting...the whole chase was just so stupid...why are UK officers not allowed to jus shoot a psychopath? And why are they protecting him now? In my opinion, such a monster does not deserve NHS help or proper investigation, but the same fate he brought upon that poor boy. you're all dumb, they treat him so he can be deemed fit to withstand trial. Also doctors do treats patients they find reprehensible all the time, because they know once they start allowing doctors to discriminate who they treat, it's an extremely dangerous water to tread. So many critiques of utilitarianism have been made in philosophy, for example; if we want to end all suffering, the utilitarian method that would work greatest would be to end all life because that completely ends suffering. So obviously the most pragmatic thing isn’t always the best. Second of all you presuppose that humans don’t have a right of self preservation which is stupid, and third of all you’re just manipulating data and leaving out other important data. If you remove Chicago, Baltimore and one or two of the other high crime cities in the USA they have one of the lowest gun homicide rates in the world and according to the CDC at a low estimate over 1.25 million lives are saved by legal firearms a year, majority of the time they’re not even fired; just brandished. Dr John Lott puts the high estimate at around 3 million plus. Yes. He shouts the same command three times (I assume it is _"Grab the knife"_ ) And he keeps his baton raised ready to strike, to cover his college while his college carries out the command. (Edit:) Initially I thought he was shouting _"Pile on"_ (like what you do with crocodiles to restrain them - you stack up and very quickly pile onto the crocodile starting with the closest person).
