I wonder with Muslim men interacting with or pursuing Muslim women if they feel they shouldn't be overly romantic for fear of judgment from other Muslims or fear of not being modest enough bc that's the expectation as opposed to with non-Muslims it's not. Do they feel like how they connected with a potential Muslim woman would be questioned or associated with closeness to Zina and not Halal enough. However, I still want to be openly pursued as a Muslim woman and believe I deserve that but I wonder if that's the case for why some Muslim men may be not as openly romantic or pursuant about intentions with Muslim women.
