I have shopped from the Amazon Fresh branch in Canary Wharf. That was last year in summer. I actually stumbled across it and went in to check it out. I went in expecting to find American products but was disappointed to find familiar British products. The shop was spacious and not too busy. It even had self service coffee stations. I agree with you when you say, they function more as convenience stores and have limited products. It's not a store I would go out of my way looking for to shop next time but would probably use it if I stumbled across it again. The products they offer are regular products you can get anywhere else. I also think that the hassle of generating QR codes on the amazon app is similar to the hassle of checking out. Lol! This is great content!
Oh nice. Thanks for sharing your perspective!! I didn't find the generating the QR code a hassle, but I do agree with you, it was nothing special. Definitely wouldn't go out of my way to shop there. Thankfully it was someplace I passed pretty often. The only good thing is when I went I think only two other people were shopping so as you said a good convenience store especially if you are in a rush,.
