Very true. People underestimate love dance as exercise because a lot of grooves are soooo smooth. The repetition of the moves start to get you after awhile. Smooth, sexy and fun.... line dance is wonderful!

Nice. I wish my parents would do this. They use to dance when they were younger. I use to watch them dance and go to parties. I use to sit and watch them. My dad is tall handsome. 30yrs retired military. My mom was a stay at home mom. I loved this
