I think Omaha or Lincoln Nebraska would be a good place for them to consider. Both cities have already hosted several FIVB women's indoor events. Omaha hosted the FIVB World Grand Prix (2015). Lincoln hosted the Olympic Volleyball Qualifier match (2016) and NORCECA (2013) at PBA, and the Bob Devaney Sports Center is hosting the FIVB Nations League this year (2018). Omaha has also hosted several large events such as US Olympic Swimming Trials (2008, 2012, 2016, 2020), US Figure Skating Nationals (2013), and the US Olympic Curling Trials (2018). Nebraskans are sports fanatics and the infrastructure is there in both cities. Sarah Pavan (#1 rank as of 5/7/18) would draw a massive crowd as she was a popular Husker ! Caveats: All FIVB events hosted have been Indoor Women's events, so the arena's would need to be fitted to beach volleyball (but they do that for the swim trials already). Winter/early spring have bad weather for travel. Also I'm biased, I'm a Husker fan haha.

Hi Brennan. I was referring to the FIVB beach volleyball tournament in Cincinnati held in 2016. I went to the qualifier and got to hang out with the players and coaches. They are such great people. That was such a treat. It was fabulous for me because I could drive 20 minutes to the tournament every day from my home. However it wasn't that well attended because it was barely promoted, even though the facility was top notch and entrance was free! Cincinnati is a great VB town. We have tons of sand courts and on weekends you have to fight for a court, but very provincial. FIVB does not ring a bell and the chance to see greats like Pedro doesn't resonate. Maybe FIVB should consider Chicago, another great VB city that has a real beach with great sand, lots of great hotels and lots of things for the players to see and do. I guarantee it would get as much attendance as FIVB Ft. Lauderdale.
