Long Distance/IBA Setup on a Kawasaki Vaquero 

Last 2 weeks of August, north to Highway 90 then west to Salt Lake, then Obispo, then back to South Carolina. Camping the whole way on my 2016 Vaquero.

I've done three SS1000 rides in my 60s, and am hoping to do a BB1500 in a month or two. I started riding my first minibike at age 8, been riding since then. I have a LOT of long distance rides, like 5000 mile rides, under my belt, but figured that unless it was on the books anyone can say they did it, too. Ride safe.

Man my VROD devours those Metzlers every 4k.

Love the add-ons. What are the Day Maker brackets you have? Ive been searching and cant find any. Bought a 2009 Voyager 2 years ago w/ 19k on it for $5,500. I love it. I will probably ride it until she's dead. HD can't touch it for the money and features.

Hey nice video I hope you still have the bike. I keep going between this and the Voyager. Mainly because I love the white as it's different then every other bike. They're about the same price used but now I found a clean Nomad with 30k miles on it for $4k and that's half price of any used Vulcarro or Voyager. Any opinions other than the obvious as ones better for longer rides.

The vinyl/leather covers around your saddlebags seem like a good idea. Where did you get them?

I wish Kawasaki would introduce some better paint schemes. My bro-in-law has a 2016 Vulcan Voyager. The bike is great overall, but the paint color is blah…..

What kind of range do you get out of a tank with the 6 speed? I have a 05 1600 classic with the 5 speed transmission.

Can you do a video on how you have the SSC2s mounted? Cant really see it that well in that video.
