Yes everything you said definitely resonates! For me one day something just clicked and I immediately stopped relaxing my hair and using chemicals. I started drinking nothing but water.. It started from there then turned into paying closer attention to basically everything. what I use on my skin, what I eat, my environment. My whole mindset literally changed (I started observing my negative thoughts and shifting them into positive, my whole outlook on life suddenly became higher-minded & constructive). I just wanted nicer hair and somehow my whole life switched up on me lol. You described it best "feeling in tune" or "connected" and it's amazing.
Reading this made me really happy, a lot of my brothers & sisters from Africa forget that relaxers and chemicals was created by the oppressors to keep people in a state of mental slavery. To be conditioned to a system that has nothing to do with our spiritual connection to mother earth is insane, but because it comes through PTSD (which actually means post traumatic slave disorder) we the MELANATED people tend to conform without question. As soon as we relieve ourselves of the toxic blanket, everything starts to make sense! Thanks alot for sharing your thoughts and I am so happy you are in a better place. Respect!

I started vegan and detoxing my pineal gland from flourid about a mounth ago. I been spirituality sence I was 15 but now i starting to have a big intuitive sense which leaded me to grow my hair and your video is helped me a lot to understand more about hair. I always wanted long hair since I was a child but never did. I never liked getting hair cuts and when I got older I was very particular about who touched my hair. Thanks for doing this video. You brought up many great points and interesting examples. It's interesting how shaved hair leads to conformity & control. It reminds me of how one of the first steps of entering the military for men would be shaving their head and I've always wondered why. Why would everyone need to look the same?

Yup you are so right on this concept, and also the same thing applies to any sports league: NBA ( new ballers seldom have long hair when they enter the league ) , soccer as well, football etc. We know why, but those oblivious to concepts won't and don't care to understand. On a random note, this is why skinheads are known to be the way they are and tend to be robotic in their attitude. I do have a fear that it will reach terminal length ( a part of me feels there is no terminal length hair will always grow ) but I am determined to not let it stop growing; through massage, natural oils, sun energy, eating healthy and exercise, I know this hair will continue to grow! If I could reach ankle length WOW! And my beard, well It doesn't really grow as fast or much so I'll just keep it as it was before I shaved. Thanks again, have a nice day and all the best!

Pape, you are an inspiration for all who seek to become more in tune with themselves and their spirituality. At nearly 36 years old, I am just now beginning to understand the power that long hair possesses. I have just reached 2 years of growth for the first time ever, and I can feel the changes in my life taking place. I feel more youthful with my long hair, more wise, and more attractive. I am seen in a more positive light by others. This applies to both sexes. I really do believe there is a reason many cultures had or have long hair practices. Well said, excellent video!

I too NEED to lie in the sun every day it keeps me calm and at peace and less anxious and panicked with my everyday worries ie being a full carer to my son i'm always on edge. Where 've moved to now i have garden space but has not sat out there due to applying for planning for higher fencing. It's been three years i have't laid in the sun and i see how it's effected my spirit in terms of keeping calm. prior i was in that sun for 8 years where i lived right outside a massive park right on my doorstep, look out my window, it's there! I called it my acres of land lol. And yasss i'm now 4 and a half years natural and it was year 3 last year that my hair started connecting and showing it's true potential, O_o. Boyyy i'm putting this in my favourites playlist!! :)) Yes i have them 6th 7th etc senses and dreams. My recent upload talked a bit about that dream telling me what to do for my hair ;-D
I need to partner up with my melanated brothers and sisters so we can unite and harmonize this essence of life! I'm telling you, the Sun heals everything; emotions, feelings, stress, pain and the rest. People are scared of the sun b/c it will give them skin cancer or make them "dark" ...ppfftt whatever i dunno where ignorance comes into practice but whateva *rolls eyes We belong in the sun, always have and always will. You are so lucky ( well before) to have a park so close to you and having your extended backyard. Living in the city it is impossible to get a sense of nature. It must be so hard to be a full care giver , but I commend you for doing such a wonderful job I can tell you are so passionate. This was really cool I started growing mine because my best friend encouraged me not to cut it after i let it grow longer for the first time. I have wanted to cut it many times but now my family and friends all encourage me to keep it and I do like it so it’s ok
Decided to intentionally grow my hair out for first time ever without cutting every month or two. Highly unorthodox for me, but have been studying aspects of the benefits for about 2 years and now I am just over 6 months in without cutting and am eagerly anticipating another 2 years time what will be the ability and what will be the feel. Great video, it resonates with me well. Have done much research on the topic. I have additional questions for you when have time. Also I am a student of our personal chakra system and its benefits as well as the mayan calendar energies via the tzolkin as it relates to available energies and how they affect us daily. I do not moisturize my skin, neither do I put any creams or oils. My skin's moisture is a reflection of my body type and how much moisture my body has ( which is why my body naturally stays hydrated..the skin is an organ after all)
STARTED MY HAIR GROWTH JOURNEY ONLY 7 months ago ..... Always have had short hair and always felt disconnected ..... I have people telling me to cut my hair all the time and i just say no no no im growing it out ..... I have this strong connection with my hair already and its been only 7 months so far... Good for you! I am so happy you decided to embrace your inner-self. Keep at it, you will find the journey more rewarding as you embark further and deeper. What I can tell you is, try to keep your focus on natural things; avoid chemicals in products/ shampoo/ soaps, drink distilled water / spring water, eat organic food, get lots of healthy fresh air, good sleep and meditate It will come to you when you are ready to receive it ;)
I'd like to say I have a vague understanding but no way would I consider myself educated enough to say I practice the principles related to sacred geometry. I am growing but have a long, long way to go. How about yourself?
2pape well I use sacred geometry to meditate. It's absolutely essential. I got the insight to use it while meditating. I didn't know it was sacred geometry when I used it until I researched it. It has changed my life. I live in Toronto. Pape - Danforth area does not have very positive energy so I can understand the experiences you experience there.
What are some of your thoughts on astral projection because me personally I've only been able to do it if I was extremely focused or going through something mentally impactful?
tbh I don't have a deep understanding of astral projections....I never really considered thinking into it. Do you have any comments on that? I don't believe that we as people should be able to leave this materialistic body in anyway shape or form. Our soul belongs to this body which is connected to this spirit so it has to stay together..those who astral travel it's fascinating but I wouldn't consider it.
2pape That's fair man no worries :) Quite honestly it's sort of like hyper meditation because the level of concentration you need is so immense. Truthfully I think we can benefit from looking at ourselves and our reputation in an outer realm of thought. Of course there are scenarios where people come out of that experience feeling negatively but the feeling of getting to know your mind in such a deep aspect greatly out-way's any negatives. Koi Fresco is definitely a great channel for the topic of astral projection if you ever do change your mind.
