People just pull out flags to show they've been hit, so they don't come under fire when returning to their spawn.

Don't think there's anything special to the color of the flags, just something bright to wear to indicate you're hit.

I've seen a lot (and I mean a lot) of snipers and sniper videos, and you move better than most. It's easy to get a good shot, it's much more difficult to get into place or shoot without being detected. Well done.
