This man is the best ever! Love you Sir Mo! There is a lot of techniques to be learned from this run. By visualizing this run, I just completed 4.35 miles easy-peasy, effortless this morning on a snowing day, -3 degrees Celsius outside weather condition. The technique demonstrated by Mo in this run has given me a good bank of energy that I'm now heading out for 1 hour swim session after an excellent run this morning Thank you Mo
