How effective is HDR with seminal vesicle invasion, positive margins, nerves sparing, lymph nodes Invasion and urethra health. ??

My HMO does not include MSK which seems to be the only NYC area hospital doing HDR I thought Mount Sinai does HDR but it is mentioned but not doctor is listed as actually doing HDR. Just a longshot but does anyone know where I can get HDR in the NY city area? I will otherwise have IMRT and with my chronic pain is an agonizing choice (sitting on the table hurts a lot)
