I always nice to see a couple so in love still after years of marriage. They are a beautiful couple. Ewan found himself a down to earth beautiful wife =).
Hope to find myself a wife a bit like Ewan & Charley's wives, both are beautiful women, great support for their boys & very understanding; there were some moments in LWR even I got a bit teary....thinking of someone no longer here. If I find a girl like Olly or Eve I shall be proud & very, very lucky & love her just as much! Love....there isn't enough of it in the world?!
It's really cute how she seems so feminine and he so masculine. She's so adorable! And wow he seems to really care about her in the sweetest way. I don't understand what some of u mean by her being weird, I didn't find her weird at all. Except maybe a little reserved. But that's also why i thought she was adorable. Cute couple :). She misses her husband, by the way... that's why she's joining the boys for a bit. It's not "intruding" lol.
Gosh, I hope I marry a guy like Ewan! I mean he's so sweet and he loves Eve so much and he's not afraid to show it in front of a camera!.....My bf couldn't evr compete with Ewan!!!!!
I love how concerned he is about her. They make such an adorable couple, and I am quite jealous that she managed to snatch such a sexy, sweet, adventurous, talented, humorous, devoted man like Ewan!
Man, they don't make 'em like this anymore-kind, sweet, loving and brave as hell! She's never ridden before, and she trains and joins her husband on some of the roughest roads on earth?! And then she cries because she has to leave him? Some guys have all the luck.
I'm not really surprised. Ewan likes to be unusual or different, from his roles to his hobbies. He never struck me as the kind of guy who'd love someone exactly like him. That's what makes them great.
I just felt sorry for Charly, who neither saw his wife nor one of his family members throughout the whole trip while Ewan was able to see his wife and was also surpised with his mother :/
it's nice she wants to learn and is supportive. but sweetie let the boys do their thing and you go ride with the girls. is funny how this pair got together-she seems very soft spoken and ewan is just fantastic in every way.
He seems to be such a devoted husband and father, I love him for that! Such a great man, Ewan! I hope I find a man who can love me like Ewan loves his Eve. And Ewan is so funny, too! He has such a great personality, love him!

She fell, Ewen, because she looked at you. How dare you stand there the way you were. Go inside so she can ride properly. Ewen, you're a good guy, but you need to leave the wife at home if she cant pick up a 200lb bike.
I'm sorry but she shouldn't be involved in that. It was a shit move imo opinion. Charley should really have spoken his mind about that. You could clearly see he didn't want her to be there. And the scene where she dropped the learnersbike just shows something I despise some women. She wasn't trying to get it up. The first thing she did, was to look for ewan to pick it up. She just shouldn't be involved. I really do admire charleys wife though. She is always so supportive, never intrusive.
In a later clip, Ewan's wife says that if the boys do a third 'Long Way...' she wants to be a bigger part of it. No offence Eve, but please leave Ewan & Charley to it. It's messing up the whole dynamic and pissing Charley off. Thanks.
I agree with a lot of the (i'm guessing) males here. She should NOT have been involved in riding on the trip, she doesn't have the miles under her belt to do this kind of thing. It's nothing sexist either, my wife wants to learn to ride as soon as she's physically able (health problems), but i'm not going to let her ride in a foreign country a few weeks after just picking up a bike. It's really easy to pick out the female comments "he's so gentile with her", or "she's so feminine"
Why did she keep dropping the bike, even in Africa or wherever they are? I just don't get it. I can't remember ever doing that when learning as there was only ever me to pick up the bike! I slipped once on a muddy track and lost the bike down a hillside and dropped it once or twice over years of riding. You need to use all your powers of observation and judgement that is for sure.
Sche shouldn't have been there... this was Ewan and Charlie's trip... not her's... it even feels like she's just craving for attention... Feel so bad for Charlie seeing Ewan with Eve while his wife is at home :/ Can't say that I can blame Ewan... but still... it wasn't nice of him towards Charlie :/
She seems like she is extremely high maintenance in the "Oh hunny, its ok" coddling department. No WAY I would take someone on an "off road" trip having never rode a bike! Ewen put his wife and their family unit at risk by taking a novice. She road fine on the paved roads, could you imagine her in mud? She would stand back and Ewen and Charley would be the ones dragging her bike out of the mud while she watched. She may be sweet, but she would irritate the shit out of me if she was on that trip.
"...put his wife...at risk..." Really? Did you see what the lady was riding? A proper adventure bike with absolutely no luggage whatsoever. People can pass their test in almost any European nation, The US, and here in Japan and then ride in heavy fast traffic on much less capable bikes. Whether or not she would irritate you if she 'were' on that trip is probably not a concern for Ewan, as I am sure you can imagine.
I dont see a prob with eve wanting to be with ewan for 7 days hell he is going to be gone for 3 months lol. I bet they dont really share alot of like activities together kind of cool they could share motorcycling as a couple, besides she is so cute, they seem to love each other alot cool to see, I bet ewan after weeks of looking at the guys ugly faces I bet he loved seeing her lol
