I’m a level 7 gymnast and I have my qualifiers competition in a week. It’s the second qualifiers so I really have to do well because first qualifiers I fell On the beam. And my competition is in a week but yesterday I broke my ankle. What do I do. Not only am I missing a competition. I’m loosing all my skills, strength and flexibility because putting any sort of pressure hurts so much what should I do. I’m so sad this happend now. And I wanna give up. Help me.😩😩😩
