Welcome to the full journey on board Train No. 12432 Hazrat Nizamuddin Thiruvananthapuram Central Rajdhani Express.
This train covers a distance of 2844 kms in 41 hours and 19 minutes at an average speed of 69 kmph, with 19 halts along the way viz. Kota, Ratlam, Vadodara, Surat, Vasai Road, Panvel, Ratnagiri, Madgaon, Karwar, Udupi, Mangaluru, Kasaragod, Kannur, Kozhikkode, Shoranur, Thrissur, Ernakulam, Alappuzha and Kollam.
The train comprises of 11 AC 3 Tier, 5 AC 2 Tier, 1 AC First Class and 1 Pantry Car.

I travelled once on 1st AC of this Rajdhani from Ernakulam to New Delhi way back in 1997. At that time there were no LHB coaches.

Great video mate. Indeed thanks a lot for sharing. While crossing at 130 kmph was a breeze in tne Northern plains, it became quite challenging once the train was on tne Konkan route. Still quite satisfied that the train was only 4 minutes late.

Single Line Konkan Railway is a big Headache esp for such long route trains. Even Maharashtra People are fed-up esp during Ganpati Festival, trains were running at 6/7 hrs late.

हम दो कपल ने दिसम्बर 2015 कोटा जंक्शन राजस्थान से अर्नाकुलम तक सफ़र किया जो यादगार बन गया व वापसी में तिरवेन्द्रम से कोटा तक, भले ही आप सेकण्ड या थर्ड एसी में भी जा सकते हैं और मेरी तो राय की अगर आप के पास समय है तो आप हवाई जहाज से नहीं जाकर बल्कि इसी ट्रेन से जाए, साथ एक कपल हो तो बेहतर होगा।

Trains or freight trains are put in loop line for other train passing bcoz of single track. This is major hurdle in Konkan Route. When is double tracks going to be laid,is anyone's guess

This Rajdhani has WAP7 but still using Diesel Generator... Instead IR can easily use HOG & save money.

My humble request is that the Railway Minister with top officials should check the toilets in the train. The toilet rooms are very narrow, and the water that splashes down will accumulate there. When you ask passengers about their nightmare is going to the toilet. I found a solution to this on my trip to Calcutta by consuming very little food and water.

From kasargod to Trivandrum it takes to much time Where vande Bharath takes only 8hrs to reach tvc where Rajdhani takes 11 hrs this extra 5hrs difference can slag time in overall journey makes lots of difference

@@RaviKumar-td8el It runs in single line in KR and also one it reaches mangalore , it is made to crawl all kerala important stations till TVM. Still there is no alternative for Keralites because this Rajdhani touches both Mumbai and Delhi simultaneously.

Good video but look at the amount of shaking even for an LHB coach when you were pouring tea at 3:53 when the train is travelling at 130kmph. Even Vande Bharat shakes a lot at 160kmph compared to non-high speed rails in the UK or Acela in US. Sad state of railways in India.
