The longest joke SR collab is as far as I know The Sparta Remix Movie from 2016, which I can't find. It was over a hour long. There was also a 20 minutes long remix done by a single remixer I remember watching. I plan on using the Impossible VEC base in a remix, which is 11 minutes long. (There was a preview once, but I never saw a full remix with this base) The longest Sparta Remix Parison is 46 minutes long or something like that. And there are compilations of remixes that are hour long. Regardless, even 13 minutes beats pretty much everything in existence. If we ignore jokes and non-original-remix stuff, I think R-side and that 20-minute thing are the only longer things.
