LONGINES HYDROCONQUEST CERAMIC FAKE vs GENUINE RUBBER STRAP DIFFERENCES AND HOW TO SPOT THE FAKE 

As someone who prefers the bracelet but would like the option of switching it out once in a while, I am sorta glad this exists. Longines charges way too much for the rubber strap. Its as expensive as the bracelet.

The aftermarket one is softer and more comfortable on the wrist. Silicone vs Vulcanized I assume. I'll take the aftermarket one.

I bought a "fake" on for my Longines and never felt a real one in person. I thought the clasp on the fake one I got would be the REAL difference between the two but you said they both feel about the same. I would hate to have spent SO MUCH more on a real one if the clasp feels the same as the fake one. Happy with my purchase... Looks like the real thing on my wrist.

It's a rubber strap that if you wear the watch often will deteriorate quite fast so there is no reason to spend so much for the original one. Frankly I wish I could get the fake one with no logos. That being said I bought the fake one and the quality especially of the rubber is superb. Only the clasp writing gives away that it's fake but the clasp itself is also great quality. Also this strap has finally made my conquest comfortable enough to wear it 24/7.

Any idea where I can get an aftermarket one? Found them on ebay but none of them seem to have Longines on the clasp.

Wish I ordered a fake one for my Conquest as a got a shitty experience and no installation from the authorized dealer

I have a 39mm Hydroconquest (19mm lug). Aftermarket is all that is available. There is no OEM rubber option.

Am i the only one who perfers the look of the fake. lol

The aftermarket one I got is significantly nicer than the real one and for a fraction of the cost.

If it takes 12 minutes to tell the differences its a pretty good fake!
