Another catchy . Cool . Brilliantly written and produced from 'the hits factory . Stock . Aitken and Waterman were the 'gods ' of catchy ,great songs In 1980's and early 90's .
This song brings back serious memories of Pete Waterman PWL and Mr Smiths in Warrington. I'm from Warrington and I know Where Pete Waterman lives!!!!!.
Excellent song!!! I'm going to assume that Miss Gordon is singing this about a no good ex-boyfriend she used to date in high school. From the lyrics, she was left with several broken hearts, their relationship was on again off again, she kept forgiving him, he kept playing n decieving her... potentially doing things behind Miss Gordon's back so she had enough. She was only like 23 when she was working on this project so thats how I got the idea that she's singing from her high school dating experiences.
Colin Murdoch Also appreaded on most CDs sold in the Philippines. Including Reel Power - Trust, Cece Peniston - We Got Love Thang, Inner Life - Good Life, etc..
So glad songs like this and amazing creative dance idea's were 10 a penny from this amazing late 80 s early 90s era not like the last 10 15 years has sadly produced both quantity and most certainly quality
I still find myself coming back to this track. I really don't get why this isn't released again. Maybe Lonnie too old now. Cos the track wouldn't work without her voice. It would fail if another act tried it. My view I guess.
