Lonsdale Seaside Summer Daytime Walk - North Vancouver, British Columbia 

Lovely scenery and very steady camera work - much appreciated for those watching while we're running on a treadmill. I lived there, worked there, socialized there and vacationed there - it's a very beautiful spot.
