The same name is weirder than their physical similarities

When they were mentioning all their similarities I was like, “wow that’s cool” but when they said they had the same name I was like “WHAT?!?”

While they don’t look identical, they could pass as fraternal twins. But more than features, I’m amazed 🤯 by everything else - the same first & last name, they’re both minor league pitchers, 6’4”, red hair, beards, glasses, and even the same 53% Germanic-European. That’s crazy!

Definitely not twins but could definitely be passed as brothers without any questions!

I feel like having a genealogist look back at their family history would be more useful than a DNA test.

I saw a test on a Canadian show. Identical twins took the test, and they didn’t have identical results in percentages, so you can’t go by that.

Doppelgangers. I saw a story like this about two guys from England. I forget if they were actually related or not. They got the DNA test tho. Both 53% Germanic. That's hilarious. On top of the same name thing. (Both my parents were German and I have way less Germanic DNA than that.) Maybe they were identical twins in another life. They don't look identical now, just wildly similar.

I’ve been mistaken for others a lot. I’ve heard from atleast 36 people that I look like someone they know. My mom and a couple of my cousins even ran into my doppelgänger. My mom thought it was me until she got closer and seen he was taller

So they took an ancestry DNA test instead of comparing the DNA samples to see if they're a match?

I was told I was mainly German ancestry and did a DNA test and found mainly English, Scottish, Scandinavian and Irish ancestry and a small fragment of German. I honestly had more Scandinavian than German. I think a lot of people would be surprised if they took that test.

I once met two girls that were bestfriends and lemme tell you they look like twins(seriously they even look more alike than the two men in that vid, they were both very short, dark brown straight hair, dark brown eyes and thin) so I expected them to be twins but they werent. One day I noticed one of them calling for her actual sister and I was dumbfounded when I saw her sister was way taller but younger, had blonde curly hair, blue eyes and was chubby…my face was literally 👁👄👁 *w* *t* *f*

Such amazing similarities, it's very hard to believe they're not related.

My DNA test shows 0 biogeographical Chinese, yet another test I took with a deep dive revealed 4 generations back han Chinese ancestory, and 50 generations of interesting lineage and answered some of my interests in those exact cultures buried in my genes. If you look into lineage/ancestory, it is different from DNA, your DNA always favors recent ancestory for evolution and survival but your cells still Carrie genotypes from the ancient past as all people do
