Ian you might want to keep a close eye on those style of handles as I have found they are prone to the chrome finish peeling. That flexi duct should have been in a rigid insulated duct with mechanical fixings and a condensate trap as over 1.5m

Alright Ian pal. Quick question please if you don't mind. I've got 14 screws that have pushed the plaster on my stair walls. We have contacted Barretts and surprisingly they said warranty has run out only for 2 years so was wondering if this would be right or not Ian.

Hi Paul, there hasn't been any pride in their work for a long time, I was hoping to have seen a big improvement this year but some developers are still happy to hand over poor-quality homes. Have a good Christmas and all the best for 2024
