@@gilletabdi8268 So you think Coutinho was a bad buy? Back then it looked very promising and exciting. Same goes for Dembele and Griezmann. Easy to say Barca board is just stupid now, but their buys were supposed to produce more, it just has not worked out. I agree they were stupid to let people go, and the way the dealt with the managers, but in terms of replacing Neymar, Coutinho, Dembele, and Griezmann are top class players and seemingly, at the time, excellent acquisitions.

David Herrera Dembele can’t play 4 games per season. Coutinho is washed and getting benched by Müller. Griezmann has some goals but still doesn’t offer 1/3 of what Neymar did

@@davidherrerar Yes, 100%. Dembele had a decent 6 months of football at BVB, it was obvious that he was going to be a flop. Griezmann was never going to fit. The only one that was a bit surprising was Coutinho, but also he never had the stats at Liverpool that he was anywhere near close as Neymar.

So far, the only player that managed to match Messi and Ronaldo, and I truly believed he would have outclassed them both by now if he stayed at Barca. I remember seeing his highlights back in 2015, i believed wholeheartedly that he would be the next superstar after Ronaldo and Messi, and it would've been the case had he not left Barcelona.
