Rick seems like a cool guy. Cross referencing info from all the different areas is a great idea. Looking at things from a different perspective is how you learn new things. I'm really excited to see you guys come out swinging this year. I miss the winternationals. I feel like we should already be racing!

Hello Clay and Rick, thanks for the look inside RWR. Seeing everything Rick does in that building reminds me of when Kenny Bernstein was doing NHRA and Nascar and Indy Car in the late 80s. I wish you and everyone at RWR well, and I'm so ready for Racing Season to start.

Clay, I'm sincere when I say this. You have to be one of the the most down to earth "rich" people I ever seen. Granted all I know is your RU-vid persona but I doubt you change much off camera. You jsut seem like a genuine normal guy that I would get along with quite well. You're blessed with success and deservingly so, yet have not let it go to your head. Thank you. Maybe someday I will get to shake your hand. But I don't go to the races sadly. Such high tech in all those cars. And here all I want is a good truck to drive lol. Maybe my 01 will some day come out of the shop and treat me right.

That new dragster is going to be awesome. I remember the video from last year when the belts had to be switched out you went and made sure they were adjusted to your liking.

My favorite drag racer and not just because we have the same name

I can see CHAMPIONSHIPS in the near future for RWR. He has so many different irons in the fire there is no choice but to win races and be top 5s of leader boards . CONSISTENCY wins CHAMPIONSHIPS and with all these great people he has on all his teams,its just a matter of time. For example take the supercross boys ,they did REALLY GREAT in WSX and are doin pretty darn good in AMA SX!! CANT WAIT TO SEE CLAY DO SUM TESTING SOON. BEST OF LUCK TO ALL RWR TEAMS

Been following NHRA off and on since the 1970s. Kinda sad that every aspect of the car is set in stone by the rules, leaving no room for innovation to the cars themselves. Rethinking the air system for the thrashes between rounds is an example of just about the only place left for innovation. Angry Hornet showed us the specialized tool for pulling the main-caps a while back; that sort of thing is incremental, but it all adds up. Keep on stomping the Loud Pedal, Clay -- your team rocks!

Hey Clay, I have to ask, are you still in contact with any of the kids from when you did Drag Race High on Speed? (I loved that show, wish I could've had that chance.. I still laugh that the two kids that took off to focus on their band instead, on the OG one in Bowling Green, I believe were either in Cage The Elephant or Black Stone Cherry.. can't remember which..) I'm too tall to drive (6'10) and too broken to turn wrenches (scoliosis and every other back osis there is, among many other things.. untreated IBS being the real killer for jobs) still I love cars and engines.. hence why my other account is OtisENGINEuity. BTW did you see your buddy Drew left KSR for Petty's dirt track team?

The only disappointment I had with this video was that it was only 8 minutes long. You said that you will be in North Carolina for a few more days so maybe we'll get to see more of what goes on in the shop. If we're lucky, you might get over to the NASCAR shop with your camera.

How did Rick Ware make the money to pay for Racing Cars which is usually spending Millions of Dollars to get a Trophy.
