Nice Build, great electrics. A luxury tourer no doubt, but I still can't get my head around for practicality of the beer setup. Just cannot see the value in the keg setup over space used with loss of full fridge capabilities.etc. Nifty for sure, but more of a show grabber than serious touring setup. Overall, a very nice build indeed. Just pull the keg out and put in two fridges, one for beer and one for food etc.
i have thought about a induction cook top, as my troopy/camper slide out gas cooktop can be well iffy to use. so i really like the idea of the induction cooktop as there's no open flame on Fireban days, no flame out on windy days & no LPG than can leak from bad seals or bumps. as for the beer and coffee maker, well i cant say i camp as much as you, so ill be giving those a pass but an interesting idea
