He's not as excessive as other rich people, not as crazy as he could be with his money, but he does have a really expensive home. $150 million dollar home to be exact. Warren Buffett, for example, has lived in the same home since 1958. Didn't even let his kid lend $41k to renovate her house. Now that's a rich man who isn't spoiled or spoil others.

Fit Tall Gay Blond All I need is to look for it on the Internet. Homes like this cost around 35M on the Beverly Hills which is still the most expensive land in LA along with the Bel Air. Awesome houses can be both for much less in the aria as well. It is still way to expensive for me but it can't hurt to know :-)

Poor people love money too much. I come from a family of doctors, business men, real estate agents, entrepreneurs, and artists, So I can easily say that having tons of money is not that great. Do what makes you happy and don't wrap your life around the idea of making lots of money. Though if you do want to become "rich" just to see what it's like, the easiest way is to increase money in, while maintaining or decreasing liabilities. The less useless stuff you have to pay for, the more money you'll have in the bank for anything else. A lot of people who get higher paying jobs, make the mistake of drastically increasing their living expenses, so all of that new money goes down the drain when the time comes to pay your bills.

With some things you are right but in this case I think not... I don't find it very pretty or tasteful, the view is great, not denying that. But I'd much rather have something more homely and 250 mill for a house like that is too much and it will never sell for that, maybe 100, 150 but this price is just to set a record and not to be paid.
