The Home Secretary insists that the first wave of illegal immigrants will be housed at Scampton in August. They need to be offered an alternative, we cannot afford to lose the £300million redevelopment of this site. The offer is still on the plate at the moment, but the longer the government drag this out, the more chance we stand of losing it altogether.
