I’ve been wanting to do something like this for a while. It perfectly summarized how it can feel to deal with anxiety and depression, utterly powerless and having no control over what happens.

0:00 When the face making was happening, it reminded me when I used to think I was ugly whenever I looked in the mirror, and when I made funny faces, I felt happy, and it made me smile. I didn't focus on my face and only did it so I could get rid of that sadness.

i’ve been going through a lot of suicidal things but at least i’m glad i’m not the only one who is going through this.
