Your "bad habit" of going over time is our boon. Also, given how she's performed I'd say Feyadyin has earned herself an honourific: I suggest "Feyadyin Fell-bough"
Feyadyin is 'incompetent', and therefore reduces income for a few reasons. She's a bit of a mad scientist which is how she's gotten so good at turning greenskins into gibblets. She's a fervent devotee of Isha and Ghyran which leads to wild growth in areas where she practices magic, and therefore shes a bit of a busybody about assisting whatever poor innocent souls are in her general vicinity. Epic battle on Teclis, well done Ruinous.
1:06:15 This just reminded me of the story of Genghis Khan's amazing environmentalist work, slaughtering his way across the continent, leaving reforested areas in his wake. Except I guess the "replacing people with forest" is more intentional in Feyadyin's case. Also, I started an Alith Anar campaign because of this series and somehow, Tor Elasor ended up with the Isle of Wights. Kairos is weirdly fond of them, it seems.
"it is lore-fully accurate." What is? Imrik carting around an army purely so that he has an audience for him and his dragon-bros leveling an enemy settlement? Actually when phrased like that you have a point.
This campaign has reinvigorated my desire to play high elves again. Last time they felt a bit bland, but that may have been because it was my first ever warhammer total war playthrough 😅
Getting access to all the lore and archmage heroes is great for early variety, but their really fun units are locked at tier 3+, so you're stuck with spear and bow until you tech up there.
Not going to lie I really like that feyadyin has access to spells from 2 of the other lores of magic, she is quickly becoming one of my favorite community canon characters, and I've never really been a fan of high elves but her and the silverion talon have made me like this campaign You do wonderful work as a RU-vidr and I enjoy watching all of your series, can't wait to see how far this one goes and what will become of our new legends
Thanks man! I love seeing everyone getting as attached to the lords that make a name for themselves as I do. It's certainly I thought to give all the bound spell items to Feyadyin and make her another Teclis.
I'm struggling to catch up with the kislev campaign for the finale, and you have to go drop another Imrik episode for me to watch first. First world problem lmao
I wonder why you are so set on staying friendly with the Tomb Kings, id consider them abominable undead that has to be destroyed. But my high elf lore is a bit rusty and I have extreme prejudice towards any undead that is not Neferata 🧛♀
It's for the units for Shakolot. There's no conflict between the two lore-wise. Elves aren't really present in the lands of the dead, and no ancient Nehekharan claims to Ulthuan.
