New person here but I gotta say, I feel like I've come in at a perfect time with you guys moving into the new house. Been binge watching your older vlogs for the past few days when I should've been working myself but I can't help it! You guys are addicting! And I admire your guyseses work ethic. Both of you going nonstop. I dunno how you do it! But can't wait to see what you guys do with the new house and watching the progress of the set.

I LOVE the sofa!! And I highly recommend the ottoman idea with the tray. Our sofa came with a matching storage ottoman so that is exactly what we did and its perfect. Plus the storage compartment in the ottoman is the perfect place to hide snuggly winter couch blankets :) So excited for you guys, the house looks beautiful and I cant wait to see it progress. Laura i think everything happens for a reason and now that you say the house is exactly what you have been looking for for years, does it make all the other setbacks and let downs you have had in the past totally worth it?!? This house was waiting for you all along and it was just meant to be! xxx

Love the couch. You are lucky to have your couch deliver that fast. In my personal experience, we never ever get the furniture delivered to us right away. Whatever we liked and picked had to be ordered because they never had them in stock. When we moved to our current house, we had no furniture for 3 months because we happened to like the set that had Italian leather. The material wasn't readily available in US. Crazy, uh?

I don't know why.. I am just so happy to see Laura and Joe in their new house!!!:))

Macys has a leather and wood ottoman coffee table . I have it ans it even has side tables that slide out for drinks on. The little slide outs are wood. It's great.

It felt like you wanted to acknowledge it, Laura, giving it the importance it deserves. I'm the same way with my first home, lots of special memories made there. Getting to move into a new place and making it your own is awesome. Im no decorater, however I try! 😃👍

I can't wait to get my first house (I know this isn't your first house lol). I just moved from the UK to the US to be with my American husband and we live in one of the cheapest apartments in town. It's nice here but there's more freedom and privacy in owning your own property. Plus you can do laundry whenever you like. We have one washer and dryer for 11 apartments so sometimes it's a struggle to get a turn. I can't wait to see how you furnish this house. You have good creative vision!
