Looking ahead: Ideas for investment and implementation 

The Newborn Toolkit turns 2 years old on World Prematurity day 2023 and announced the 3 essay winners of their first joint initiative with the African Neonatal Association to mobilise ideas and action for investing in Small and Sick Newborn Care (SSNC) at international, national, and local levels using resources from the Newborn Toolkit website! The winners were Dr Leah Seaman based in Zambia, Mr. Rodgers Gift Benkele & team based in Zambia and midwives Noella Hatungimana & Mariachiara Angelon based in Burundi. Key Newborn Toolkit Partnership updates were also announced.
