People should stop judging this newly wed couple.There is language barrier,new environment.They got married 20 days after meeting.This man has never dated before even him he is in a learning process.And the young girl lost her father recently.I saw all this in Facebook.I wish them the best .I got married to a Greek man we had the same problem with language.I experienced depression for the 1st time moving to Europe,with new weather plus language difficulties. The good thing is her husband is trying to help her get used to the new environment.Her mother recently joined her because also the husband noticed her wife is little bit down and it’s all normal.She is not expected to be acting happy and smiling for the cameras.Take your time 😊 you will get used to China …

If you look at their videos, it doesn't appear that she is being forced. He appears to treat her very well. She might be very young, but many women in some of these countries marry young. This might be one of her only chances to get married. She had a chance to decline or accept the marriage. She isn't that young that she couldn't decide. He might not be as old as we think. This is the decision she made, but he works with and for her just as the other Chinese/African couples do. The work is hard there, but probably even harder in her country, with no chance of making a great life for herself. He seems to treat her quite well.

When they were taking photos and he kissed her, her fingers stiffened...yes that was the reflex of her body's response to his kiss. Now tell me.... you marrying a man and in love, and you stiffened when he kissed you? There are many forced marriages around the world, some involve the family giving away their children, especially girls to men for money and other materialistic goals and they don't have a say; sometimes threatened.I don't know the exact details of their arrangement, but something tells me, this was not her choosing. Also, in her country there are opportunities like any where else, so still a possibility to be a successful woman other than being sent off to a place she may not have wished to go to, no matter the development and wealth of that country.

She is very young and shy...something seems off because he doesn't have striking good looks like her and is much older. But watching later videos you will see he absolutely adores her and very proud to have her for wife. She in turn begins to loosen up. I think we should let them work things out between themselves

Remember it's an arranged marriage, there was no courtship :so they not use to each other. They still need to get to know each other and get use to each other. Let alone the language barriers as well.
When anyone is doing a wedding photos photo shoot it can be a lot going on in a person's head about if they are posing and looking right before the picture and video is taken so maybe time was of the essence and the photographer was needing certain angles quickly, plus not all young, first time wives are photogenic right off tops. Some say something was awkward but could just had been a really busy day in which I'm sure it was. He just wants his wife looking good right along with him. As they get more and more used to each other the longer they're married, she'll loosen up more, I'm sure she hasn't had a ton of relationships and probably been married before so gotta give her a break, she's doing her best and being modest.
