I got out recently for a nice relaxing day panning with a beautiful first pan I was worried that I'd peaked early. #goldcreek #goldpanning #gold #goldprospecting
The old flood gold trick, just enough to suck you in. Then wham bam it disappears. A bit more than you had the day before. Great to see you out having a bit of fun and enjoying the day. Catch ya , cheers Andy
So much crap in that creek. Have you come across the little pink bits of wire type stuff? It's as heavy as lead but not lead. I thought it might be copper wiring from an old motor or something, not sure but it's everywhere. That'd be a good test for the banjo when she's up and running frenchy. Good luck if you get up there.
@@goldfeverreliever I haven't seen the coppery stuff but I was up further north today on a tiny little pokey creek and it was absolutely filled with what I assume is sheet metal off of old cars or tractors and it really plays on your eyes because it looks exactly like gold until it rolls and disappears. That's the exact spot I want to test the banjo out. It's a nice spot. Reckon I'll shorten it though so it's like a French bulldog instead of an English. It's light but very long.
I was pretty confident I was going to be mayor for a day 😄 Cheers for the shout out mate, I appreciate it. Hopefully we can catch up soon. I hear your a busy man nowadays
@@77FelipeDuarte I hear you, loud and clear. I'm 43 and only picked up a pick about 3 years ago now. Certainly feel a little behind all the others. It is true though, you're never to old to learn new things. Prospecting taught me that
@@goldfeverreliever I'm anxious to start panning, detecting and sniping. Today, live in SoFlo but soon moving to GA close to gold belt. If you want, one of these days we can do it together. Thanks for answering 😊😊
