Great outing dude! I had a tourney up at mullet/burt a few weeks ago, and all of our smallmouth came from 4-7 feet of water. The winning bags were fishing 8-10 feet of water with their livescopes and stuff we didnt have. Theyre super fun to bed fish, i caught all of mine a BRIGHT white paddle tail. Keep catchin the tanks man!
@@ExtremeOutdoorsmen The fishing is great. i live very close to the lake and its a great smallmouth lake with some of the clearest water you will see. Last time I was out i got two over 4 lbs with one just short of 5. I also had a friend that got a 7 a few weeks back. I would love to see you fish this lake so next time your up north you should give it a try.

Catch bed fish. Check. Eggs decimated by bluegills while pulled off the bed. Check. Imagine how great our fisheries would be if this was a protected time.
@@philipnewman5213 That makes zero sense. To believe that eggs don't get predated upon when the smallie is absent defies logic. You must be referring to studies that are funded by Bassmasters so that they can continue having tournaments during peak spawning times
