Well I guess in theory that is why they threw the black flag but I talk with the promoter face to face after and he agreed after several other racers was standing there agreeing hey the lights was out. Me and Corey even talk face to face and he agreed he hit me because he thought we was going racing. Every time I would fire they would throw the yellow on the scoreboard. Bad break for myself and a good car. Never been there and was checked out.
