Better to shift capital. BTW I was taking to an old angami granpa once about how things were back then. he narrated the story and told me that Zunheboto was meant to be the capital and not kma. I won't go to details why kma is capital now but I think most people will know.

I stell remember 35 yrs ago we went there for scarsion from Longleng actually we thought they are taking us to Delhi not Tuli 😂 it was magnificent industry. I never doubt that one day it will be ruined like this due to lack of govt intervention non availability of funding. now instead of improvement making more sophisticated n wel equipment this has all become scrape n enchanted forest , how sad to learn that we don't have govt who could revived all this ,every infrastructure that was running now death instead of sitting up new industry we can not bring even a single industry I. What the Hell,,.!!? So sad to see the only paper mill in Nagaland in such a deplorable condition. It's possible to revive if our greedy government invest some fund into it instead of buying luxury cars and buliding mansions. But unfortunately, that's not going to happen.
This mill cannot be revived now. Several attempts were made by the central govt yet corruption always stops the progress. So the central govt must vacate the land for other private or governmental companies.
