Who wants to live in a house that looks like a hotel? Tiny rooms especially the bathrooms. They look more like a bathroom you would have in an RV. No storage in kitchen.The skinny cupboard is for baking trays.Where do you put your products when using the sink etc. Where do you hang your coats when you come in the front door? This house has no character at all. Aren't there some nice older homes with larger proportions for sale? I have enjoyed the video and interesting to see what they are selling to families in new housing.

I liked the first house. Thanks for sharing! So fun to look at house isn’t it? I didn’t see storage at all in the bathroom unless I missed that. No cabinet for toothbrushes etc.. the small side cupboard in the kitchen is for cookie sheets, lids or glass ovenware. I use that to make lasagna or brownies. Thanks for the tours!

There are some elements of the 3rd home that I liked. However, I agree with Elliot that the storage closet above stairs is quite dangerous. One could have a stumble downstairs opening the doors

It definitely is that time of year! We are going thru quarantines here as well due to increases in COVID. I have been very fortunate so far, wow it’s sunny there and windy. The kitties are adorable🥰

I would put baco foil and cling film rolls - things like that

The kitchens & bathrooms were not very well planned out. The staging was a solid C-. Nice area.

We're looking for a new home as well. Right now it's a seller's market where we are, so it's great for us selling our home, but so far the competition is great for buying a home. 5 attempts and no new home so far 😪. We're afraid to put our house on the market, because we know it will sell overnight, but where would we go?? I love the first place the two of you looked at. The other two? Meh...

First one was ok but not perfect , others not very nice . Can't understand why they do not have dryer space , it does rain quite lot in England .

Kept my cat food in a tiny cupboard like that.

Right. I would think. on your options when you've decided which build you want, there is the option of higher shower doors and a rain shower head. You can install a rain head yourself. Of the builds you showed today, I think the first one is the nicest. I wonder if the quality of the first one is available with fewer bedrooms? Maybe the little narrow cupboard could be used for spices by having slide drawers installed or remove the shelf that's there and use to store cookie sheets, etc. It's fun looking though. I have 12-foot ceilings and my curtains and drapes are hung full length. It makes quite a difference. Maybe next time Elliot you could use a stabilizer when you film? I had to watch in 3 different sessions because of motion sickness :( So glad Matt doesn't have the dreaded C word!! Stay safe and well...

I live in an 80s Southern US single story house before the McMansions were really being built. I have about as much room as the 3 bedrooms that you’re looking at. I would love to remodel the kitchen & main bathroom, but we just paid off our credit cards & bought a new suv. I really don’t want to move because we really have a low mortgage payment!

Wow, that study looks REALLY small to me, and yet you think its a "good size"? The living room looks nice. Question: why is it that most homes in England only have one window in a room, and not more than one on different sides? And the rooms are long? I guess I really don't know what, exactly, I am asking. I do like the kitchen nook in this one. One thing that I like about homes in the UK which seems to be a norm in the newer housing developments is the under the counter fridges/freezers. Here in the states, we still use the stackable tall ones. Master bedroom was gorgeous, spare bedrooms were too small. I guess I'm used to watching the "Nightmare tenants" series from the U.K. on youtube, and most of those houses have very narrow hallways, steep staircases and small rooms. I know there's a housing crisis, but sheesh!!! I like the kitchen in the third one. Don't worry, I'm not going to give comments on EVERY unit you look at. It would be much too much, especially since they largely all look the same. Personally, I don't think I would ever live in a development. I'm too much of a history aficionado, and like older houses. Just my two pence, of course. ;)
