@rickyspanish2337 Sometimes. After all, she was more confident and fearless than both Prue and Piper. She also had little to no resistance to being a witch.
This episode is a good showcase how good Phoebe was in early seasons, she was by far the best character. Even when she was being reckless or selfish she always had good intentions with her actions. Here she just wanted to help get Prue's car fixed but came with consequence. But she was also a voice of reason and provided a lot of fun in scenes she was in and had more to do with her character. I also love Piper's funny reaction after she got sucked in the painting. lol
