If by 10-hour level you mean that DGR epic that he split into like four RU-vid videos, it felt like “how much hot garbage can you fit into all the one-screen trolls the game will let you make” yet somehow still felt like there was an adult human designing it who could logic out complexity and not little Timmy just randomly chucking nonsense on the screen. It was a sight to behold.
5:13 "You are never getting the family-friendly badge." If DGR can get it despite his hot ding-dongs and holes of glory, then Geek should have no problem.
5:56: And yet you fell for that kaizo block eventhough you had previously found it by a miracle....LOL 14:43: This level is absolutely fantastic. TrollMagic stamp approved. I noticed while playing the level that there is common theme of trolls/puzzles been activated by making the screen scroll up by making Mario jump. Great level again, thanks Geek.
I think the description means something more like "If you get caught in fixed ideas, you lose." ("固定観念にとらわれたら負けです" for the convenience of anyone wanting to copy/paste to look up translations.)
Man the layers in Japanese craftsmanship. Nothing is cheap, it's just stripping away all ability to predict anything because every move that's right at one point can't be trusted later
2:15 😄 Wait a minute. Does not getting a Mushroom made that POW go right? Or does getting a Mushroom and go back to the door made that POW go left? 😆 Or is it both?
i tried to translate this from english to japanese and then googled the japanese and then found something and translated it back to english and it said: [ adjective immovable; unchanging. “Fixed point” ] so yeah that could definetly be a softlock
A proper translation would've been "If you get trapped within a fixed mindset, you've lost." So alluding to subverting expectations, and maybe referring more to the ending. If you're interested in how 'lose' and 'bonus' can be confused with one another, the word 負け('make') usually means 'to lose', but can also mean 'something done at a loss', like with 'omake' content (giving a 'bonus' with a product).
the little mermaid was set in the 13th century, so most people life expetancy was 30-35 years, so it's ok if Ariel was thinking on marry the prince at such young age. She would look like ursula at 25, probably.
(in the movie)Her father wasn’t really saying anything against marriage anyway. I mean, he seemed positive about Ariel being in love, and he was all like “Who could the lucky merman be?”. It was mostly about safety, and later It was “How much I’m going to miss her”
Also, is she a princess? Don’t you remember how the movie ends?… But yeah Belle makes sense for a geek, she’s the patron(ess?) princess of geeks/nerds, if you will
