Some really memorable cartoons featuring Marvin there. My favourite one of course being Duck Dodgers. Instantly recognisable gags with the disintegrating gun and messages in bullets. I don't recognise the last cartoon but seeing what u gave as a rating i probably didn't miss out. Great video as always :)
Yeah considering duck dodgers is among my top 5 all time looney tunes cartoons. It would be pretty hard for any other marvin shorts to beat it. To be fair i hadn't ever seen the last one, until i picked up the platinum collection. Which i did pick up so i had a wider range of shorts i could get high quality footage of. And yeah it was when the golden age was starting to end. So it wasn't that good, plenty of limited animation and cheap sound effects. Glad you enjoyed the video.
Marvin has been my favourite Looney Tunes character for a while now, so I'm glad that he's been getting more attention in modern times compared to the Golden Age.
Yeah considering he was only in a handful of cartoons His impact was huge. To go from not even being named. To one of looney tunes biggest names is pretty epic.
