Instead of mouse hover, you can try to identify the HTML property and path for the element and you can adjust A360 Recorder action DOMXpath value accordingly

For business exception, i assign the exception message & status to one variable and system exception I use different variable. For any kind of unexpected error (System exception) i don't retry the task, it will get stopped and email triggered. Only for business exception it will retry 3 times
