I love how you make it so easy for someone who has never done a band workout. You take your time explaining everything. Looking forward to more videos thank you

I definitely agree , I love it , although the last exercise I felt a burning sensation after the 4th , I was " I can't" I had to stop . But will be working on it till I can make it to 10 😆 Thank you again 😀 Ms.Natalie Williams
Love it....❤️ It not rushed and well explained. I am so happy that there is no distracting busy music in background....tend to find workouts with music overwhelming.
Love this! Straightforward, getting right to the point, not overly chatting and no annoying background music. Definitely my speed so thank you! You're fantastic 😃
Glad you enjoy the video Sharon! Be careful not to over do it, and if you start to feel any sort of discomfort be sure to stop and speak with your doctor!
Very good. Structured, calm, very well instructed. I got a band just like this (I'm 67) for Christmas and needed something gentle and easy to learn how to use if properly. This is it! Thanks so much.
Glad it was helpful! When you get more comfortable using the equipment, check out the other videos we have using resistance bands! They range in difficulty as well as what muscles are targeted: vhealth.link/j68
I am mid 70s, my goal is to stay strong enough to always live independently, I’ve been looking for a video and found this one today, watched it and ordered my bands, they will arrive tomorrow. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much! We have an entire playlist dedicated to resistance band workouts and exercises, take a look when your ready for something different! 👉 vhealth.link/j68
This looks to be clear and well explained. Thanks. I started using a flat band two days ago, am a beginner and senior to boot. But having watched this video I think a loop is probably better so have just ordered a set, waiting for it to arrive so I can follow your video. Thank you again for it and good wishes.
In my 70s . During the lockdown I knew I was loosing muscle and my arms were beginning to look old and wrinkled. So I bought a set of these and even with just a few minutes a day I noticed a difference . I try to use them twice a day and muscle has returned , chest has start to look much better than it was . Biceps are getting quite solid compared to what they had become. This is a great workout , not steessful like some of the stuff I have seen on youtube. Great for starting out and getting some muscle back and looking better .
Hi Eddie! That's awesome, we're so glad you're happy with the results! If you are looking to spice up your routine, check out this playlist thats catered for seniors 👉 vhealth.link/5oo

Very helpful! I had a set of these come as a freebie with some weights I bought recently - Free stuff is never bad, but wasn't really sure what to do with them!
I love this ❤ I have cerebral palsy so find a lot of videos too hard but I liked yours and how you offered suggestions for modifications. I will add this to my daily workouts thank you.
Thanks for this awesome workout video. I absolutely loved it. I want to build muscle to get stronger, it would be great if you guide me about how often should I do this workout per week
Thank you so much for watching!! As for how often you should do this, we suggest you speak with your doctor or your own personal trainer, as they would be aware of any limitations you have and where you are in physical progress. You also need to listen to your body, if you need to take breaks or recover!
Perfect to keep me a wee bit more flexible. I started a plant based diet in the last 3 weeks and, amazingly, I have upped my time on the exercise bike to 50 minutes in 10 minute segments at a moderately hard setting (6). I am managing both the diet and the exercise and found using music definately helps. I added you to my playlist as this is exactly what I wanted...you got a new subscriber!
That's awesome!! It sounds like you have a good thing going, keep it up, #LetsLiveBetter We have a ton of workouts with Natalie Williams, take a look at her playlist here 👉 vhealth.link/8ty If you haven't already seen Coach Kim's workouts on the recumbent bike, that playlist is here 👉 vhealth.link/uws
@@ViveHealth Thank you...I love this resistance band one although I need to get bands that dont hurt my ankles (thats just me...I have always had a Thing about pressure on my ankles).
that last one is a killer. Thank you! I got the wide flat bands like yours and am using a heavier one on my legs because I have ridden horses my whole life and my legs are pretty strong. (wish I could say the same for my tummy in that last one! never mind...onward and upward!
A good start, would be helpful to have the camera in front, so we can see the width of stretches in squats, also if she demonstrated in chair, hands on wall, etc.
@@ViveHealth Thank you! That was some great info. I actually have already lost over 50 lbs, but have gained some back, mostly in the tum tum and chest, and am very upset at myself. My problem is that I lost all of the weight via change in eating lifestyle. That hasn’t changed, but I fear that my body has adjusted to my walking exercising. Looking for New exercises targeting those areas to hopefully tone them back up.
This is excellent. I'm a massage therapist recovering from COVID. I'm slowly trying to regain my strength and this is such a great re-entry back into moving my body and working my muscles again. You are so patient and encouraging, which is exactly the vibe I need right now. Thank you so much :)
Keep going Kathleen, we're so glad to be a part of your way of living better!! If you like, you can find more videos with Natalie as the instructor in this playlist: vhealth.link/8ty
I have bands but they don't look like That they are wide and thick But how can I keep Them from falling down off my ankle ? I lift my leg bring it down and the other falls down
Thanks for this video! The sets I am looking at come in 8",12" and 18", in four different strengths. Can you say which is best to start with without buying all 12?
They all are! The resistance is all dependent on which you are easily able to use versus which is more difficult. we recommend going to ask a personal trainer which could be best for you to meet your goals!
Hi there! We hope you like them! Below are the resistance strengths for each band in the set used for this video: Resistance Lbs X-Light 5 - 9 Light 8 - 12 Medium 12 - 18 Heavy 14 - 21 X-Heavy 21 - 32 Medium Long Band 6 - 8 Hope this helps!
The upper body band exercises, instead of holding the bands with the fingers, can u hold it with around my wrists as I have carpal tunnel systom,I am afraid it my hurt my fingers

Hello Nat, Hope your are doing well, Awesome video for beginners, at least for me; as am dealing with rotator cuff and motion problem, just a suggestion; if you may please explain the part of muscle that develops while you perform the demo for the audience that may definitely be an USP [Unique Selling Point] for the show.
