After a long journey my live looping set has reached its final form via Reaper DAW and its native looping plugin: Super8
Me and my friend and colleague @KempStrings worked with @deadbeef / Justin Frankel to add a faded-out stop and fix a couple of bugs.
In this video I explain the updates and demonstrate some of the stuff that super8 can currently do, using the live version of my song "Finisterrae" (Orphnē, 2020) as I have been performing it in my shows lately.
PS: Midi mappable buttons referred to in 3:13 and 7:50 map to note/cc/pc number, rather than "channel". Sorry!
