She sounds like a cabaret singer! And where they get those old dresses from? The 1920s? I would rather see a tribute act with young performers in shape and in tune!
No one can't replace Jane Eugene. She had one of the best female voices in the business. I was just listening to her lead on Music Takes Me Higher and Where Are You? from their first two albums before I came to this video. Her voice is angelic, soulful and makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up. Very underrated singer. I agree this lady doesn't give me the same feeling compared to that of Jane Eugene. I hope all three Steve Nichols, Jane Eugene and Carl McIntosh set aside their differences and give us Loose Ends fans a reunion concert.
