I want to show you a short exercise for your sketchbook. This is a great way to loosen up and get rid of some anxiety. I used acrylic paints in different textures: acrylic ink, fluid acrylic and heavy-body acrylic.

This was very relaxing and inspiring to watch. I found myself being curious about the shapes that would be created and how the colors would interact. It made me want to get my sketchbook out and just make shapes without thinking about where things are going.

I love this kind of practice colours it is not new to me but i am one old women who has been working 45 years drawing , now i am retired and i draw in my sketchbook for the pleasure and i have the wonderfull books of Lorna Scobie that keeps me busy in drawing every day something . Thank you for making this video your colours are wonderfull , i love this colour palette . Amicalement
