Alright! Glad to get this one out there for you guys. If you want to see Loot From 1,000 feel free to hit the like button and I will do it. Other then that, I did have some problems with my microphone so I apologize for any weird sounds - that will be fixed in tomorrows video '10 Hours Of Infernal Eels' see you then!
I'm sure I'm not the only one who found this out, but when you freeze Muspah, as soon as you can attack him with trident, you can get 3 shots in and immediately refreeze him. Freeze, 3 shots, immediately refreeze, then 3 shots, etc. Takes so much panic out of the kill. Also, I'd love loot from 1000!
Thanks Jagex for taking a number two on skillers yet again. 38 snapdragons in a single drop. 86 toadflax in a single drop. Absolute rip to profitability of farm runs. All these ore drops probably gonna hurt stuff like Blast Furnace too.
Once the initial boss rush calms down it wont affect prices that much. Look at what Zalcano initially did to all the ore prices, hell they still haven’t fully recovered this boss can’t harm the economy anymore than that did.
I like seeing the different perspective from some of the streamers. Solo Mission is just too damn good and was able to blaze through this boss but I know I'd have a very hard time.
Am I the only idiot who has been driven crazy by the path to the boss from the weiss herb patch teleport? I feel like half the time, when I try to click the broken fence next to the stairs, it clicks past the fence to the tile on the other side and I start to run all the way around the building.
idk i think zulrah was 100x harder to learn than this also this will most likely be bad money after a week compared to zulrah since the bow kinda sucks so the essence price will drop alot
@@badtopvm3156 he didn't say harder to learn, just that it's more challenging. And it is, mechanically. The only hard part about Zulrah is memorizing rotations. Muspah has off-ticking smite, kiting, and its jad phase along with the akkah spheres and constant spikes coming from the ground.
The difficulty and reward of this boss is comparable to zulrah and vorkath. the problem is, did we NEED another zulrah and vorkath? what happened to reliably being able to do this at combat lvl 85-95?
just tried this boss after watching ur vid, not brand new anymore so the loot has gone down a lot but still very profitable, challenging and fun as well.
Havent tried with mage yet, only been tbowing it. Melee phase you might hit less often, but you can still hit a lot. Im just doing the same as at Sara, just running around
I just did my first 100 muspah kills and my average is 118k/kill including loot from frozen caches. The wiki says average loot/kill is 229k, I've probably had less than 10 kills drop the "average" loot. If you're thinking about killing Muspah for money, don't, just go kill vorkath instead because it's slightly less gp/kill but it requires way less effort. Muspah's drop rates have clearly been secretly nerfed. 100kc is more than enough drops to even out, I've never had this problem with any other boss at 100kc.
Maxed friend of mine got from 2k per trip to about 8-10k per trip, eating the summer pie drops and using the prayer pot drops. Crazy drops for such an 'easy' boss, i'm too mechanically challenged to kill it at my low (105) combat level.
Funny that you said this was one of the more challenging bosses to learn. For me, it was just a couple of kills and I was good to go for around 4-5 kill trips without any top gear.
I think they missed the mark a little with this boss, particularly that prayer phase. cheesing it with a ZCB is one thing but its designed as a mid boss so most players reasonably killing the boss wont have access toa ZCB and without it the phase is kinda slow and boring just either relying on bolt procs or just slowly chipping away at it
@@VliegKunstenaar no you dont have to "take your time" to hit the boss you just click boss pnce but game says no, 10/10 game design would recommend to all my friends
@@VliegKunstenaar yeah you're right the boss has grown on me over the last few days since my initial comment, although im dreading have to do it on the GIM with way worse gear than what I have on the main
You are 100% right about it testing your patience.. I don't know what it is exactly but this boss has really been triggering me haha. Really impressed with it though!
I was so dissapointed in myself for not having anyone near all of the quest requirements for Secrets of the North! And then I realized that it will probably be required for Desert Treasure 2! So I really need to start doing all of these Icky Quests :..( Edit: Oh Lord… I just realized that this boss seems to put up SoulSplit… Now I really need to quest
I like how much time Jagex has spent on this boss to try to make it the least amount bot-able. Of course, coders gunna' code but it's not going to be a Zul'Rah bot farm 2.0.
i think he deserves at least a 3rd age piece of anything at this point.. it was cool seeing that robin hood hat, but cmon RNG he does so many clue scrolls xD
Just hit 100 kills myself, I also think this is a 10/10 boss design. Fun and challenging, especially to learn without a guide ready when it released hahaha You should def go for 1000, i think this would be a fun pet grind myself
We wanna see more videos, you want to get more gold, we want to see the loot from 1k, you want to get that gold... I think we all know what is going to happen. Thx for the good work.
Man I would love to do this boss on my Ironman but the bastard is way too overturned. Defense is a little too high even when using correct attacks. Unless you got max mage.
